Actually i have never driven an auto transmission or cvt car. Btw last car was an xli. This time xli was too disappointing to buy. So went to buy an altis by increasing budget slightly. Still waiting for delivery. 😢
i have been told to expect my car sometime between 15 to 20 Nov, so u should in theory get before 15th.

    1. Stock or 205-60-15
    2. Yokohama or Michelin
Yoko dB is soundless, while Michi is more grippy.
    Both are excellent, nonetheless.

You guys are forgetting something continental contipremiumcontact5 is more grippier than yoko or michs.
Used advan db, db avs, kumho ecsta spt, and Bridgestone my02. Comparing to all continental are the most premium type of compound rubber one can find in this size.
Only premium series yoko have is advan db and its a softy soft and great noiseless tyre for a normal family car (not sporty at all). Michs doesn't have any premium series in this size. Only contipremiumcontact5 is the premium series which have hard tread and soft sidewalls which makes it more grippier and soft on bumps

I came, I used them, I tested them and than I reviewed them all. Best of em'
    Yokohama advan db 7/10
    Continental contipremiumcontact5 9/10

Cpc5 is very rare tyre plus expensive than advan db.

Ab tmny cpc5 lelia islie advan db acha nae lol.

More over cpc5 is premium category tyre which is more towards grip rather than full comfort.

If we compare comfort and noise of advan db and cpc5. Then i will rate cpc5 8/10 while advan db 10/10

So choosing a tyre entirely depends upon personal preference. You cant rate a tyre.

I have used both advan db and continental cc5 on the same car. And cc5 was more comfortable and quiter. Although both are excellent.

You got a good deal on 7k driven generals.

Hassan tyre gave me the same 16k for my generals.

Welcome to the Michelin Club , you will love these tires for Karachi/interior Sindh/ roads I take them as a preferred one.

Keep us posted for its performance and drive - Good Luck

Na, its not like that. Advan is too soft for me. Remember? A 1.5 inch bolt pierce through my advan dbs. Well, it's all own preferences and driving condition. I drove upto babusar top on advans without any issues, but dry/wet grip and wet/dry of contipremiumcontact5 is better than advans. I would still say, advan remains the top choice for a family sedan like corolla.

Tell me the model you are going for in bridgestone i will let you know about it traits.

If you tell you preference i will find that model in bridgestone.

In comfort plus noiseless ride nothing comes near to Advan db.
I know about all models and I will go for the best model but I am asking are they better then the tires he mentioned or not ?
