Yeah, but that's what I came to know. General didn't have 16 inch tyres so they made corolla stick with euros and 15 inch rims.

Good to know, if they have gone back to silver rims. I personally didn't like grey ones at all.
I hope to see 16 inches in upcoming facelift.

Off course am serious, I own silver ones and they look good on super white.
    It's a personal choice bro.
I think grey ones looks good on black and silver colour only but silver rim goes with all the colours.
My neighbour just bought grande in that new chocolate kind of shade, don't know the exact colour name. Those grey rims are looking ugly on that shade.
My point is silver ones go with all the colours. Yet again it's my observation, yours might be different.
Anyways enjoy your ride with grey ones.
    Peace.

Yep, they look ugly on bronze mica or brown metallic, but Toyota should give choice of rim paint color

Haseeb brother I'm telling you, a couple of years down the line our cars will be identified as : " yeh woh kalay ganday rims wali altis hai jo indus nay 2 maheenay kay liay diay thay..."
I'm really waiting for indus to change the design. Will go for new oem ones when they come.

Tension not, we own limited edition hyperblack ones. If that would be the case I would get them repainted in some super metallic silver color rather than simple and cheapo silver.
The reason for these rim is I guess they were discontinuing trd fortuner and hyper black was still in there racks so they ended the color by giving it in corolla. I reckoned that, imc knows better.

Lol exactly! That TRD Fortuner is also a unique thing. They started off with a very decent looking looking SUV but couldn't sell it much. Then they thought to themselves, let's take away it's sobriety and give it something that can make it awesome.
Awesome they couldn't, awful they did. Overwhelmingly flamboyant, excessively kitted front, back, side panels, with TRD stamped here and there and everywhere. And then those rims...what a drift from the previous elegant design to these flower shaped black ugly pieces that make the vehicle look ugly and dirty.
I'm not entirely against body kits or sports versions of this sort. But they should always be an option for the customer. If I don't like extended bumpers and TRD rims, why must I pay more to get something I don't like in the first place? Instead my choice of the simple version should be more pocket friendly and would make me happier too.
Same with our Altis. The grey rims were an experiment, and it seems they didn't quite go as expected. Hence the u-turn by Indus. Alright, we are limited edition now, but I feel more like a black sheep.

In my opinion: the gray rims gave it a good overall look. Slightly more modern and aggressive. Not that I have one or plan in near future but, If I was getting a Rolla I would either get gray rims or get the silver ones painted.

Actually would get 16 oems from another model to reduce the wheel arch gap, but still gray finish.

And about the Fortuner if you ask me, Sportivo looks less boring. I guess that's my taste.

1.5 inch reduction of height through spring coils is a much better choice instead of 16s.
Original enkei rims ko sale out ya change karnay par dil nae maanta.
Toyota quoted 40,000 for one rim. Yeh sun kar to bilkul bhi dil nae maanta change karnay ko.
I will also go for lowering it only 1 or 1.5 inch only. That affects wheel arch gap, and gives more control.

In market there are available in 6 different copies. There is one A grade copies. Cost 60k and you can't even judge by placing both rims together, or even by looking at the inside or outside of rim. Only the computer code verification can tell you the authenticity of these rims. That's why they cost this much, be it indus or honda atlas. Both are importing rims for each car that costs nearly 1.5lac-2lac for complete set
