Post New Toyota fault it has NO Key immobilizer

I recently purchased new Toyota Corolla CVT Grande which unfortunately easily stolen as there was no Key immobilizer system installed by the Indus Motor company Limited. As per my information more that 10 new Toyota cars have been stolen due to poor workmanship of Indus motor company.
I t is matter of grate concern that why they have neglected this important security feature even they could have charge its cost from the customer. If a customer can buy a car of more than 2.3 million he can also spend few more thousands to secure his car.
I believe that this fault will impact on sale of new Toyota Cars and people will consider Honda Civic in comparison.

I have attached two pics showing how car thief broken the traditional key components to bypass its ignition system.

I welcome comments of friends in this regards.

    Sorry to hear this..
Keeping in view Corolla's theft rate and absence of Immobilizer, car should not be taken home without insurance...

    So it is proved,
Civic is a better option. Enjoy securing your 'Grande'. 2.3M go to drain.
Why don't we boycott their Products? We do we keep buying them?

Has the car been stolen or was it a failed attempt, confused while looking at the pics. Was it insured? Sorry for your loss if it has been taken away.

    Dear Irfan Anwar and crase24,
    Thanks for your concern.
By the grace of Allah almighty, I recovered the car in 2 hours with the help of tracker and local police. But thieves had damaged its ignition system and all wiring. Car will b repaired but risk is still there due to non immobilizer.

Look at honda who ditched their old loyal customers by adding few new featutes in eveolved city and keeping the price same ..... obviously it will adversly effect the resale of city 2014...whats the fault of those customers.who bought city 2013-2014 before arrival of this evolved one??...who is gona compensate them...as after a few days we ll notice that ppl will called 2014 city (which came till sep 14)as old shape city... in future the owners will have to bear loss of 50-70k while selling them...caz in competition ppl would like to buy evolved one.

Bro its good to know that you were able to recover your new car. Can you please give more details of the theft like in which city it happened and where did they steal it from. How did you recover the car.

It is common news now that robbers now use advanced jammers so how did your tracker hold up?

    Thanks

Even a 1.1M Wagon R, 1.3M Swift have immobilizers in them, while a 2.4M Grande lacks it. Even Paksuzuki is better then crappy IMC or Honda Atlas. Atleast they have a larger line-up. A Wagon R has 1.1M has power windows whereas a 1.6M XLI lacks it. It has an ABS which XLI lacks.

Come on guys! Are we really living in the 21st century, really? No power windows, no power mirrors, no ABS, out-dated engine, crappy tires, no immobilizer, and most of all a freaking price tag. You buy a 2.4M car and the next day you get to know It's stolen, you get an another one again, I mean come on yar Is 2.4M a joke?

Now who's to blame? It's not the company, not the government, It's we whom are to be blamed. We're buying their crappy cars happily while they're selling them happily. We don't even learn the lesson the hard way. We buy them again and again without thinking for a nano-second. Insurance is not a permenent solution to all this chaos. It's boycotting them. What's the use of Pakwheels? Can't we all stand up for our rights? Why are we sacrificing our rights? What have we done? After paying a heavy tax and obeying all the policies we deserve to get something that's worth it, but we aren't. Please, for god's sake! Raise your voices on forums, create awareness, gather people and even protest If required. That's how a change comes. Our next generation should not suffer all this.

PS. I know no one will notice this post because we don't want to correct our-selves.

Buying new corolla (any version) is very risky unless its insured from a reputed company. My question is which are the best or top 5 car insurance companies. ?
