From the same webpage having those Malaysian Specs.

The 2.0V (the one with the specs) costs equivalent of PKR 38 lacs (137,000 RM)
The 1.8 version, comparable to Altis here, costs PKR 32 lacs (115,000 RM).

So, really, we get what we pay for.

Point. Are you sure these prices do not include insurance, registration, road tax costs as every country has different pricing mechanisms. Plus quality of those Malaysian vendors may be a lot better than ours.

Its not as simple as that, you can't compare Pakistan's abysmal economy/Rupee with that of Malaysian Ringgit just like that.

    1.3k GDP/c vs 10.5k GDP/c etc etc

I checked with Toyota Rawal and they said it is possible Grande's android unit can be installed but he guessed it was of 85,000 rs (too expensive) I think it is around 70,000.

Kindly check from this Facebook page of Corolla infotainment. They provide services through dealerships.

    Congrats!
What was the process to change the variant? Have they issued you another PBO with the same Pay-order of 5 Lac Rs?

You have made a right decision as off-White colour of Gli doesn't look good at all.

The next Month, email sent to IMC from Dealership and waiting for the reply.

The sales concern says that hopefully they can make the delivery as per BPO with silver too, if not then wait till march.

Thanks. Just take an application addressed to IMC mentioning your PBO number and date and take the original PBO with you also (they keep it) and get receiving/receipt of your request on the photocopy of your application. They should stamp and sign it. The rep said that no new PBO will issued and the variant change request will be updated in IMC system in 10 days. Remaining payment will be made in March as he said that I will get Altis in April instead of May now

Its for US model Corolla. Many things are different for PKDM model.
For example, it says fuel tank has a capacity of 50L, whereas IMC states that the Corolla has fuel capacity of 55L.

I lived in Malaysia for 2 years and Corolla is very expensive and even honda but the manufacturing quality is much much better in Malaysia. Secondly taxes are even more in Malaysia.

Dude its good enough for me and i can even see various options and difference as its very detailed manual and if you find it difficult you can stick to the indus manual.

Congrats on your purchase. Silver is always a safe and good choice. You're right that the current black color looks very good particularly with those bluish spots.

Ours is black and looks very good after a wash and polish but maintaining it looking that way in current Islamabad dust is a nightmare.
