I want OEM but not sure where in Karachi I can find those. Next best thing to consider is TAIWAN, so I've heard, better quality/finish than their Chinese counterparts. Paid a visit to ZAFCOM, sales guy was quite helpful, but soch samaj kar lena hoga.

@KamranAslam congrats over new tires. Check if speedo and gps speeds are same? Also check if more mud is throw on side walls, front door windows and back of rear view mirrors ?

That is the best option for a 15" wheel - agreed. However for a 16" and with the extra rise in the wheel arch of Indus's Corolla the best bet would be the 205/60/16 in my opinion.

The 16" rim placed at Toyota dealerships (Dubai model), is apparently also made in Taiwan or is it Thailand? The market has so many cheap knock-offs pata hi nehin konsa "asli" konse "nakli".

He gave me good deal for these, but because of 16'' me turned-off and I think for 1.3cc it will be heavy on fuel consumption with big engines it will not effect that big.

had a lil doubt of this too, but the arches of this new corolla seems like it can easily eat 17'' on wider surface area.

will check the GPS speed, mud for the rear view and walls they are not that wide, but with the mud-flaps they are looking seski. will take day light pics later.

I want to change factory fitted tires and rims, please suggest me brand and design.
The gap between tire and body is very awful, need suggestions as for Rim size especially as don't want to effect fuel consumption and ride.

    Kindly help....

Did some research ... here are the general findings for non filer person from (Lahore) Punjab
correct me if i am wrong any where please

    Corolla GLI A/T

    Price:1845500+40000=1885500

    Registration charges in Punjab

    2% of value of car = 36000 (+-)
    Annual token tax = 1800
    Income tax = 4000
    Professional tax = 200

    1800+4000+200 = 6000 Annual charges

    36000 + 6000= 42000(First time registration+token tax cost )

    1885500 + 42000 =1927500

    Corolla Altis 1.6 A/T

    Price:1970500+100000=2070500

    Registration charges in Punjab

    2% of value of car =41500 (+-)
    Annual token tax = 9000
    Income tax = 9000
    Professional tax = 200

    9000+9000+200 = 18200 Annual charges

    41500 + 18200= 59700(First time registration+token tax cost )

    2070500 + 59700=2130200

The difference of Annual token+income Tex
    GLI 1.3 =6000
    Altis 1.6=18200

A huge difference for many many people like me

215/65/15 is too much for 1.3L. If you compare it with stock size, the difference is more than 4%.
Wider tyres means more fuel consumption as well.
Also if you are going for 215 then profile is reduced to 55.
Now 65% of 215 is 140 mm. Too much rubber also makes the car bouncy and unstable.
