Other than that, the 1.8 engine is great, fun to drive. Have only driven the car 300km so far so will wait a little while to get a true mileage reading. What color are you thinking of?
Thanks a lot for the prompt reply. Glad learning that the car is running problem free. Do share the mileage when you are able to. I am planning to go for either super white or silver.

Dear all, I read the brochure available at IMC website on this link:

    http://www.toyota-indus.com/download...e_Brochure.pdf

As per page 36 of the brochure, following are the 12 additional things present in Grande as compared to non-grande

    Paddle Shift
Wind Shield Wiper with auto rain sensor
    Sun Roof
    Steering switches (audio controls only)
    Seat height adjuster
Central console box (Leatherite lid in grande, fabricated lid in non grande)
Door trim (Leatherite in grande, fabric hi grade in non grande)
Seats (Partial leather in grande, fabric hi grade in non grande)
Room lamp (with rear reading lamp in grande)
Front personal lamp (with storage in grande)
Steering (3 spoke leather in grande, 3 spoke urethane in non grande)
Sun visor (with additional lamp in grande)

Hope this helps every one in evaluating the differences, ultimately enabling them to make an informed buying decision between grande and non-grande versions.

Today I went to Toyota Capital for 1st free inspection. Meter reading is 850 KMs and it was the 45th day since I took the delivery. They checked all the fluid levels and tightened the nuts.
I also got wheel alignment for free. The service guy was telling that immobilizer is coming soon in grande.

Not just immobilizer they should give climate control, Thai alloys 17 size and projector front lights.
On second thoughts a TRD sports model can also be a great addition having TRD suspension and alloys with TRD genuine body kit for further enhancing driving pleasure for drivers like me. .

If only..climate control and some other basics that is seen in overseas corolla variants will be "rushed" by indus motors when the redesigned 2017 Honda civic arrives.

Well Civic is much much much uglier than the corolla, lagti peechay se truck ki tarah he hai due to those stupid tail lights. To me,feels like both have the same rear height.

Its actually after tyre change.car was jacked down.
    And actually tyre has bigger side wall n dia....its 205 65 profile....orginal is 195 65 i believe...the arch is huge
It eats up a 17 rim even n gap still is quiet visible with that

    Who cares though.corolla still sells

Cool down guyz. I did not say Corolla has lesser gap than Honda. I just pointed out that Honda too has a big gap and it is definitely not bigger than Corolla, but it does have it.
