My main concern is to get white light but fog lights should be non-hid.
Philips XtremeVision H11 installed .. the visibility improves significantly, what is required ..throw of light changes too but not much and that is not required because using these bulbs in lower beam..
A surprise for me is, IMC use Chinese bulbs in 11gen Corolla beams that I installed in Fog lights but there is no significant improvement in visibility of Fog lights by these OEM bulbs, I can say 20 percent improvement .. may be these fog lights need angle adjustments .. here are few pictures

Yes can be use .. actually I installed Fog lights to replace those "Kaly Khopy" dedicated for FLs in bumper, I just don't like them. Fog light's brightness is not a big issue for me I just wanted the good use of OEM bulbs replaced by XVs so I installed them in fog lights

    Congrats!
I think you are getting GLI AT.
    Answers to your questions
    2. Using Yoko advan DB, quite satisfied with it's soft and noise less ride.
    3. Haven't installed yet.
    4. Same key as installed by Toyota is available within 2k, got mine altis type key from Toyota for 4k with Toyota logo on key. You can even get same key with added feature of beep and auto lock feature in 3k from open market.
    5. I've got OK LOCK which locks gear and hand break, I've posted it's pic in back pages, you can even Google it to see, a very good lock, easy to use.

If you are fond of infotainment, try to get Grande used system, I've got mine from open market and enjoying it's quality at very reasonable price.

Recently took delivery of Gli for my dad from Toyota capital Motors. took along this check list and took about 1 hour for complete inspection. Staff was helpful. Tail light alignment issue for right side tail light was there but minor. List was extremely helpful. Here you go. post no 6600.

It's always good to have an eye on cabin temperature while keeping the car battery/alternator health on check.

    Congrats

Pirelli should be the best tires, expensive but worth if your keeping the car for another 50k kms,

Key less entry I'm totally against wiring alteration but if you have to get one for auto door locks its a good add on, corolla replica lik key is available for 1500-2500 without alarm. Only indicators or lights of horn (what ever you wire it with) works with lock/unlock

In market you would only find depo/dlaa lights, foudbakht know where to find oringal koito fog lamps. But thooose are in plastic so are the ones that come with altis.

Locks are useless, and like a top cover you won't be using them 3-4 months later,
you just need to park your car safe and get it insured properly baqqi Allah ke hawale.

Edit : PS : With abs Eurostar tires would last a good 40k kms decently.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.
