I may be in Islamabad for next two days .. My GLI clocked 4400 KMs right now and I am still in Lahore. 5000 KMs service will be due when I reached Islamabad or before going back to Lahore. So which 3S is better in terms of good service and fair deal in ISLO, Toyota Capital? ? And please let me know which items would be replaced other then Engine oil, Oil Filter and what other works are mandatory for 5000 kms service .. regards @autophile

Just go to any dealership and tell them to change oil and filter only. Toyota Islamabad Aabpara charged me 1,750 in the name of "5,000 kms service" which included tuning and under this head they just cleaned spark plugs, rest were charged for all those checks of engine bay and under carriage which in my view were not needed at 5K. I have posted the bill in my thread.

    Totally agree with @autophile.
No need to do anything else besides changing engine oil and oil filter..

I have 215/50/17 in my grande and i think it is the best profile for looks and comfort.
I didnt feel much difference in comfort and softness of suspension after swiching from oem tyres.
Profile of 55 might be even better in comfort but it will destroy the looks of 17 " alloys.

Same here i got new 215/50/17 tyres and alloys for my corolla yesterday
Same here i didnt feel any such difference in comfort and softness
    Looks nice too
But i have an option of upgrading to 215/55/17 by just paying a difference of 6k
Just thinking because of that ridiculous arch gap
Even after 215/50/17 around 3.5 inch gap is there

I also have the same problem.
I am thinking of lowering my ride but tweaking with the suspension of a brand new car is not a got idea.

Well you can go and install the new tyres and see how the car looks. If the arch gap is reduced then your problem is solved if not then immediately change back to 50 profile. Zada se zada tyre vala change kerne ki 1000 rupees mazdori hi lele ga na.
This way you would not regret it k yaar 55 profile hi laga leta vo zada ache lagte.
By the way finally if you decide to install 55 profile then do check that the tyres dont hit the inner fender sheet of the car on turns and i would advice you not to go for dunlop oem honda vezel tyres as i have heard that they are very stiff.

There is only a 3.3% difference in the tire circumference between the two sizes.

Dear experts, pardon me if this question seems childish but want to confirm it: Whenever I drive my Altis 1.6 on road, after the car achieves certain speed, I begin feeling air coming from air vents, though AC/Heater remains switched off. Sometimes, when I open the heater, the interior cabin becomes hot, then after I close it, I can still feel hot air coming from air vents for some time? Is it normal? How should we avoid feeling air coming from air vents inside cabin, when AC/heater is switched off? Merely by closing the air vents manually? Thanks and regards.

Yes this switch should remain always on. Open it only when you need to defog windows. When light is not on, outside air comes into cabin. When light is on, it means no outside air can come into cabin and the blower is in re-circulation mode.

A user manual is a must that IMC should provide to deal with the day to day user issues.
