    Yes that's correct.
Every single person who purchases a car has to independently pay WHT. The tax is on the individual person technically not on the car. For an unregistered new local car it's Rs.75000 against his spending power of purchasing an 1800cc car incase of filer while on a registered car that is not older than 60 months (under 5 years) the WHT is Rs.18750 for filers for the same category.
If a car is sold 10 times within 5 years, the WHT will be paid 10 times as well by each purchaser individually.
Incase of imported cars the amount remains Rs.18750 even for unregistered ones as they are considered as used when imported
Non filer WHT on purchase of second hand 1.8 was 100,000 compared to previous rate of 150,000 for new. Don't know what the new rates are after increase in last budget.

    Project Reborn 8th Gen Civic 2007 - 272964

Tax is just 12,500 for filer and 65,000 for non-filer if car 1301-1600 cc is less than one year old. Since my car is more than one year old it would be 10% lesser or 11,250 (for two years old it will be 20% and so and no WHT after five years).

Here is transfer fee schedule/charges/tax for Islamabad transfers

Tariq bhai I think you cannot book 2 cars from the same company. That rule is in place to discourage investors who sell on own. But two different cars from different companies can be purchased. I'm not sure about this but that's what I have heard. Haven't confirmed the info

    altis 1.8 2010 giving 13kpl.
Assalamualaikum Brother. I have no personal experience in Suzuki Alto or Toyota Corolla Altis 2010 1.8VVti, but i know that maybe the manual PKDM 1.8 with 1ZZFE, that you mentioned may touch 8km/l or max 10km/l in the city. Meanwhile the newer 2011 - 2014 Corolla Altis facelift with 1ZRFE in Manual may touch 9km/l to 11km/l. All these are assumptions above. None of this justifies the 1.8 newer manual or CVTi Corolla Altis 1.8 touching anywhere above 12km/l or above in normal conditions even with hi octane inside the city or urban traffic. None the less your car, your rules. Maybe you have long drives and have no traffic or signals in your daily route. Still 18km/l in the city, is out of this world. Peace Out.

Assalamualaikum Brother. Ground Clearance on the 11th Generation is better due to the hunchback aka raised back suspension. On a personal note brother, with family and luggage when going to our village, we come across some "car breakers" that normal cars caress their lower regions including the fuel tank and silencer. This variant even touches the car breakers in the city (village area) and is somewhat better and gets the job done. It is a workhorse, but it is still not immune from the car breakers. Then again its still a car and not a SUV or such. Lastly your point of it being better in ground clearance will always favor corolla till date for all older PKDM versions but especially this model but the shape does make it somewhat unstable at high speeds and may tend to tail out if driven slightly rashly on stock size tyres and such size. Peace Out !!

Assalamualikum Brother. I don't know what made you type this, But my personal experience dictates that the mileage and fuel economy is in this order : 1.3AT < 1.3 MT < 1.6AT < 1.8 MT < 1.8CVT, if driven properly with a light foot and maintained ride in urban city conditions. Yes, the 1.3MT might be better that the 1.6AT in certain conditions but not always. On the Highway the rule I mentioned is followed with maybe the 1.8MT winning the mileage due to the 6 Speed Transmission. Jazakallah. Peace Out.
