Yeah, but a person should consider all scenarios before saying something.
All farmers and landlords in Pakistan are non filers because if they start filling tax, half of their income will go in taxes.

There is a question that i have about Grande, which i think will be clearly answered by Owners of Grande and Experts on the forum:

Is it true that Altis Grande has Poor Road Grip?
if yes, Is there any way to improve the Road grip?

Xli and Gli being routine sale items have an almost market regulated own, altis 1.6 and gli a/t have the longest waiting periods and are almost never available in stock, if you ask them for one they will arrange one on their terms and price. And a lot of buyers I have seen looking to buy the 1.8l variant dont care about own, they just want their "graandaye" and they want it now, so the seller can ask for anything, its not like the car isnt gonna sell if they ask too much. I went to check on my car's status a few days before eid and they said they dont even have a single corolla left to sell.

I have 11th Gen Altis 1.6 and I have found its road grip and handling much, much better than 9th Gen and 10th Gen Corolla. I really enjoy driving to Pir Sohawa and it climbs with so ease at sharp bends in just D mode and I feel in full control in bends and cornering is way better and I have still Euro Star tires.
Be polite on the road. Always give way to others, particularly ambulances and pedestrians.

Yes I noticed the same , it's road grip is not one of the best ! I think the culprit is the increased height of pkdm cars

Those who are complaining about the road grip get your car's alignment checked from a reputed person. Front and rear cambers as well.
As far the height is concerned, yes they have increased it, but don't forget that they have increased length as well as width.
I have driven 1.8Altis cvt and road grip is much better than 8th 2.0D limited, 9th gli, 10th gli.
    Even brakes are way better.
I didn't get the lift off feel even at 200km/h.
I did cutting on Lahore canal coz of an emergency by using tiptronic, and I didn't feel that it was oversteering.

In the end, I was driving in emergency and 11th gen xli guy with a stupid oiled pony tail was racing with me 😆

People complain a lot about euros.
Believe me they are really good tyres.
I drove them in my gli for 50k and shifted my new 1.8 cvt's euros to gli coz It needed a tyre change.
They do sound a little, but who cares. There road grip is superb on dry surfaces as long as you are properly rotating them

It sounds like "gheeinn" at 4-6 thousand rpm?

But buying at own means the car was booked on someone else's name and on registration the new owner has to pay tax again because the amount previously paid was by the person on whose name it was booked. Double tax par jaata hai billa wajah ka and people are not aware of this concept. Own is Own and has nothing to do with tax.
So the investor who booked it will cut your pocket for the tax he paid and again the buyer will pay tax on registration because last one paid was under someone else's name and they didn't receive it under name of the person who is registering it.

I am a non filer too. Paying own is illegal, unethical and encouraging artificial price hikes. The practice needs to stop and not condone.

I have always waited for my cars. My first Corolla I booked in end July 2004 and got in Jan 2005. Second car Mehran booked in January and got in March 2013. Third car Altis 1.6 booked in January 2015, got on April 30, 2015.
