I still haven't removed the plastic wrappings
Anyhow leather or rexin, they become more hotter than fabric...

But still, you can check sehgal motors fb page for Japanese rexin seats, they do it for 8.5k at your home and give 5 year warranty

Ad I would like to bring this to your attention, I went to Toyota township motors for warranty claim of LCD screen. It's acting weird since day 1. You have to factory reset it every time to connect via bluetooth. Sometimes the touch input stops working and radio interference during bumps....

I've been called on monday for complete replacement.... Do check if yours is perfect or not

Bro, trust me....end-user complaints are heard by the top management of IMC. Just make sure you inform IMC's customer relations dept.

i have japanese rexine covers installed in my car. costed around 5K. 8.5 is not a reasonable price.

How would you compare their comfort, looks and heat absorption against the normal fabric by default in the car?

firstly japanese rexine is stretchable so they fit quite well. 2ndly they do get hot like all rexine (like all other leather and rexines) so i avoid parking the car in direct sun.

the stiching pattern is very nice on these covers so they add to your interior. otherwise i would have gone for fabric. .

That's exactly why I was in second thoughts whether to spend 8.5k or not, I went to Peco road and the worker there showed me the same japanese rexin material. He was asking 5.5k and said that I'll give 5 year warranty if you get it done through me...

That material was great, he demonstrated it's strength by scratching it with keys, scissor edges but it didn't shatter neither did cigarette left marks on it...

Finally after 5 months got Altis 1.6 delivered today from Toyota Central Motors. They did a decent job with the washing, seat covers and no quality issues with car. The drive is amazing but I don't understand this Eco mode thing ? Any pointers on it?

Now thinking of getting it detailed and ceramic glass coating. Any good place recommendations in Karachi?

If I start defining my experience, PW will ban me. They didn't even wash the car properly, had to get it washed my self.

The cars are on the roof, under the sky. Full of dust and exposure to sun. There salesmen are rude. I'd request everyone to avoid going there.

You can see I didn't get the dealership sticker on the car, because of their poor sales and aftersales service. I have good terms with the owner of Toyota Walton/Airport. So I'll go to them always.

Thank you for your input, its the same reason why I asked, they have the worst staff i have ever seen in any showroom, they wont even talk to you straight, I had very good relations at toyota garden motors, Township motors doesn't want clients so i wont go there ever.

Sir, a plausible reason why your car got delivered late may be the extension work being carried out at Karachi-Hyderabad highway. All IMC delivered cars have to be transported thru this route. They have made several diversions and traffic moves so slow there that it literally takes ages to cover that 150 KM distance between Karachi and Hyderabad. Besides that, some part of highway between Hyderabad and Dadu is also being repaired, so that could increase the transit time to other parts of Pakistan, in real.

I totally accept the reason. But what I hate is the lack of professionalism shown by these companies. They're supposed to inform me about such delays. If they inform me on time, then I would calmly accept the delay on my part and won't go rampant on them.

But they took these things foregranted.
