Exclamation a very strange starting problem of altis manual 2009

i have altis 1.8 manual 2009. i am getting very strange problem as i start my car.which is as follow
if car is switch off and starts after 5 to 6 hour as usally at night . it takes single sulf to switch on.but if i switch
off and start after 1or 2 or 3 hour it will start in 2nd sulf not in first. if luckly starts in first sulf take very long sulf in very
strange way . 3rd if i start car after 15 min or 3o min it starts quickly. no problem at all. i replace baterry , check with tracker company
and check all things with toyata sahara motor as i always do work from there, they say may be petrol filter pro . i changes that also .
but problem remains, now they say give car at least for one day then they will find.but i have no time.
i request from all dear experts if someone has any knowing about this plz share.

It's possible due to the hot weather +hot engine the fuel in the rail is getting too hot causing it momentarily evaporate as it sprays out the injectors...
why not try a short journey from cold not allowing the engine to get to max temp .then try starting after 2-3 hours..

Open up tappet cover and ask some one to crank the engine while engine is cranking make sure all the rocker arms are functioning properly,as well as check the valve timing too.
