    Default xli 2009 ecu wiring help needed

    hello everyone,


    here is the situation i have found my self with a used xli 2009.

    600rpms idle, rpm drops on turning on AC or any other electrical load, radiator fan is also direct (haven't yet checked from which point). i need help diagnosing the correct wire connections to solve the above problems.

    i have a multimeter and a Chinese elm327.

    before you start to fiddle with ECU, you need to fix the cooling fans to work on automatic. 2ndly you check the battery health , alternator wiring, battery terminals, ground between chassis, engine & battery. RPM drop on aircon you please have a look at the idle-up vacuum connections and electrical wiring.

    what is Odometer reading please do share available maintenance history

    odometer 137000, nothing known about maintenance history, apart from coils and plugs changed by toyota just few thousand km back, i have myself cleaned the air sensor (is it maf or map?) this increased the rpm by 50 from 550 preciously.

    battery voltage read by obd are over 13volts.

    point me to the idle-up vacuum. battery health "seems" not that bad judging by the ignition.

    why i am asking about the ecu wiring first because i am assuming there aren't much connections that are directly linked to electrical load sensing and AC status sensing.
