Where is it leaking from? Pipes or the bottle itself?

Usually the pipes on this car give way. Replacement easy to get from Bilal Gunj. Any mechanic can install.

Make sure u get same inside diameter pipe as your original one.

Noted - try ask them to get the best seals available, perhaps Japanese (if at all avaliable), though cost and time saving wise, a kabli alternative pump is the better option.

Ok. From the kainchee side, kindly make your way to Suzuki Township Motors (on Main Peco Road). They are good people, and good workmanship is guaranteed.

    @SER_GTR

I have same problem with my car too. I have Lancer 1990 model. Mechanics told me that seals of "Kanggi" (English word is COMB) are leaked. It will be open and have to replace the seals with new or used.

But when I turn the steering to extreme left or extreme right, then exactly Whining Sounds comes.
Will replacing seals will fix the problem? Someone told me its Pressure pipe need to change also.

I mean everyone giving their own suggestion and I am confused.

I Don't Know Which Kangii They Are Calling.........Its Steering Rack Seal I Guess...Which Is Precisely Installed...

On Other Hand....If There's Whining Sound.....Carefully Inspect It.....Its Surely Pump Also.....!!

Leak Seals Result In Oil Leak And LOW OIL Levels Can Cause Whining Because If Pump Run Dry....It Will Damage It...Causing This Sound

    thank you for the reply.

Yes the car reduces the power oil and I am inspecting it every 2nd day. Have already bought a bottle of ZIC power oil (Rs. 520/L) and put it in trunk. Have already topped it up two times in last 10 days. But the Pump sounds (when turning the steering) doesn't decrease even the power oil level is showing max. level. So should I change the pump also?

For the Kangi, the mechanic said he will open it and I have to take it to "Khrradiya's shop". He will separate the seals and then I have to go to mintgomry road to buy the new seals. Then again Khrradiya will fix it up, then I will bring it back to mechanic and then mechanic will fix it up. I hope its steering rank which is called Kangi in local language.

If the problem is due to seals then you should only replace the seals with good quality one's.When the steering column is taken out do inspect it carefully for any worn out parts.....I had the same issue 2 weeks ago on my Baleno....I had to replace the whole steering column..

I saw a man putting Warco ATF in his 4AFE 16V AE100 corolla, his PS oil bottle was empty. The lines usually get busted.

    Thank you.
But when I turn the steering to extreme left or extreme right, then the Whining voice comes out. And am sure its coming from under the Bonnet (the area around the engine) and not from steering inside. Because pressure pump is located near to the engine.

But tomorrow I have planned to send my car to the operation room (to the mechanic) and lets see what happens next.
By the way, I like when people share their experiences or common issues and advise each other. Thank you.

My car's reducing PS oil. Every time I fill in, there's lot of it leaked and accumulated underneath the car. The whole bottle gets emptied in 3-4 days.

After that, it produces whinning sound. After few days, steering becomes harder and whinning sound gone.

If I insert another bottle at this point, the cycle repeats.

Which could be possible cause? Have visited 3-4 mechanics and replaced two pipes. Still not fixed

GODDAMn ...3-4 Mechanics And They Can't Even Find A LEAK????? Oil Is Def Going Somewhere No Some Rocket Science That It Burned Or Evaporates So Its Def Leaking...Point Is From Where.....

Inspect Your Pump Surrounding Carefully Along WIth Return Line..... Its A Leak In System...A Definite Leak And 3-4 Days Empty Bottle Means Leak Is There Either Minor In Pressure Line Or Major In Return Line.....!
