Default Corolla KE70 vs Starlet KP61?

    Salam everyone.
I have got my mind stuck between corolla KE70 and Starlet kp61.What do you recommend between both of them?I will put 4afe in the car.which will be bolt on for 4afe?which will be good in terms of parts availability and reliability for long term?I need the car for daily driving and some weekend fun(sideways slides and little drifting etc).So what do you recommend?Experiences and Picture are warmly welcomed.suggestions required pls.

Both cars share the same engine and suspension components. For the most part, only the body style is different.
But the question is, will it do a burnout?

Default Corolla KE70 vs Starlet KP61?

4A-FE is not a bolt on on any of obove mentioned vehicles as Both R.W.D
Finding parts for starlet is really difficult but you can find things a bit easy for E-70 .
Rest both have few similarities as already mentioned by Lazeez.

so kp61 will be better in terms of response and acceleration because it is less heavy than ke70.do you agree with it?and can it be possible to put parts of ke70 or other similar car,s parts in kp61?

You can get away with 7K - E
It's mostly bolt on ( but you have to change the tranny )
But it's pretty heavy on fuel if compare with 4A-FE
It got plenty of torque to move your car side ways .

Default Corolla KE70 vs Starlet KP61?

Lots of option there only if you go beyond the Bolt On Wish .

    1- 4E-FTE
    2- 4e-fe
    3- 7A-FE
    4- 4A-fe
    5- 1NZ-FE
    6- 2NZ-FE
    7- 4A-GE
    8- 3S-FE
    9- 2RZ

And few more, depends on the effort and budget .
But newer expect any average miracles from swapped engines .

ok.by putting the condition of bolt on a side which one of the above will give me around 120 hp with some decent(+12kpl)on normal rpm and will require less alterations in putting the engine in the car?

If you think of doing less modification than 3S-FE is a cheap solution .
But it's a heavy engine , will need some work on suspension, brakes , differential as well .

no i will not go for that because i want my car less heavy than stock so to drift easily with low hp.and I love toyota A series.
will fabricated mounts have the same strength as original ones and for any other bolt on swap could it be possible to convert the mounts back into its original position?

    It's better you try finding a AE-71 or AE-86 . Instead
