Default 11th Gen Corolla (Hornet): An Unlucky Affair

Introducing Corolla GLi 1.3 (Super ECT)
Asalamoalikum respected PakWheel members and guests.
Alhamdolillah, Allah has blessed me with this brand new car after I let
Viper go to its next handler and keeper, after a very satisfying experience of a little over four years. With blessing from Allah (S.W) and friends like you, I hope to make this is a no-nonsense, extremely informative and enjoyable thread just like Viper. This cannot be possible without your support, appreciation, critique, guidance, sharing and participation. So hop in, like and subscribe.

But, the driving experience has not been anything more than average. The only aspect in which this car stands out (at the moment in Pakistan) is its shape.

Well, initially stuff like that happens. And you really can't stop or kinda discourage someone from it and in fact one shouldn't. Its against basic norms and courtesy.
I've got some useful things on my mind, comparison/performance/descriptive/myth busting and myth supporting photos and videos. But it takes time. I just don't want to slap on a body kit or install fancy HIDs which you guys would have seen a thousand times, tint the windows and brag like "oh hey, dudes, this is my awesome set up, aww mann, check it out". I'm really as anxious as you are to share and describe but patience my friend, as everything needs to be purpose driven. That is the reason that I gave you guys THE MOST EXTENSIVE review ever covering what I could. You've mentioned a very good point. But here's my question to you: What and how do you want the thread to be. Like what else?

Are you using the stock Gli player?
I have felt that the car is huge and it needs a reverse cam.

I'm going to try and get used to it after getting to know the ride better. If it doesn't help, parking sensors will suffice. But I may think about reverse cam at that moment since it will require changing the stock audio player (which is good). I'm not a huge fan of screens and with Navi apps on every smart phone (almost) who needs a touch screen.

More Accessories ----- OEM Toyota Combo Utility Hook Dock

A seemingly small or casually overlooked accessory, but it is of great utility, for those eggs you don't want to receive at home all squashed up and the ice cream bought an hour ago which you forgot in the back seat and then had to clean up the mess and surprise the kids with a milk shake instead.

The said dealership is quite far from my daily route, it will be a special effort, I have to bunk the office for this, some day... otherwise any Lahori member living in defense Society or near by can do it without hassle

A separate list is with them for this purpose .. at the time of delivery one should have ask them what items are in their negative list
