Default Toyota Corolla Gli 2015 "Experience" Sharing

Salam Experts, Gurus and Fellow Members,

First i would like to appreciate Mr. Faoudbakht and Autophile brother posts on pakwheels, they are gr8 writters and very helpful to new comers.

I got my ride gli 1.3/mt yesterday and thought of sharing some experience and get some advice from you guyz.

    1. Awesome ride and driving pleasure, as i had 2011 corolla before but this time difference is too much. Just like I am converted from tractor

    2. Ac Response is normal not good as i was expected

    3. As faoudbakht brother told that they have added springs and coils so very comfortable and smooth ride

    4. I didnt feel any problem with headlights at night as my other fellows were complaining..its fine and have much better visibility then previous model.

    5. You shuld hav good experience in driving while driving this car due to blind spots unlike city

    6. I have driven so fr 40 kms only and we had a very swear Dust storm yesterday in multan so thats why didint posts the pic of my new ride , will post soon after getting her washed.

I need kind support from faoaudhbhaie to help me in purchasing Foglights along with phiilips extreme vision, as here Toyota Multan motors saying original fog lamps would cost 30,000 Rs lolzz.....

    Best Regards

Hell of difference despite same engine and suspension. We have one 2011 in office and I use it a lot for official and field work almost every other day.

OK i try my best to explain in points...

    1. Weight, height and length is increase
    2. Quality of interior and exterior also better
    3. 2011 was efi and this is sfi however engine is same
    4. Autophile bhaie i dont think so suspension is same , they have embeded marcpareshan suspension just like city one with addition of springs and coils which makes the car ride much smoother

    5. Response is better than 2011
    6. Till now i have driven 670 km, petrol average locally is same e.g 9.5 to 11.5 variation depending on the multan traffic....but on the highway its poor ....i went to my village which 100km almost on the speed of 100 to 120 it gave me 13 to 13.5....in few kms i hav tried to maintain 3 rpm and then it gave me 14 to 14.5
    7. however 2011 used to gave me 17 avg till 3rpm and on the speed of 120 to 140 tat was 13.5 to 14.5 ....
    8. 2011 was easy to handle in rush hours and narrow traffic routes whereas this new one requires lot of intention....

and yes 2011 was in white color, but this time i have choosen silver ....i believe white color is the best color considering scratches caring and maintenance...whereas metallic ones need lot of care ...

I second to this, the current corolla requires more attention to drive it, where as the last one was easy on attention with lesser blind-spots.

But the current corolla drive it with wide-eyes.

not many will point this weakness of new corolla because they are still in the NAWEE GADDI bubble.

nice that you pointed it right away.

Medium Silver is the best colour in the current corolla, I switched from White to silver like 20days before the delivery and luckily i got it.

Below is a picture of my silver bee.

This New Gen Looks Like A Grand Saloon Car If You Have A Comparison With Earlier Gen Corolla's ....Beside Luxury Features..Its True That You Will Have Very Hard Time In Tight Traffic Jamn Conditions.....Headlights Are popping Way Out From Corners As Before..So u Need To Be Very Careful With Them Also..While Taking Close Corners & To Be Very Careful With Rikshaw Bikes..In KHI Traffic Conditions..These Are Things To Be Very Taken Care Off

Beside That...The Comfort Level And Engine Response Matched With New Chassy....What Milege You Ppl Gets Out On This One
