Default Toyota Corolla Gli 2015 "Experience" Sharing

Salam Experts, Gurus and Fellow Members,

First i would like to appreciate Mr. Faoudbakht and Autophile brother posts on pakwheels, they are gr8 writters and very helpful to new comers.

I got my ride gli 1.3/mt yesterday and thought of sharing some experience and get some advice from you guyz.

    1. Awesome ride and driving pleasure, as i had 2011 corolla before but this time difference is too much. Just like I am converted from tractor

    2. Ac Response is normal not good as i was expected

    3. As faoudbakht brother told that they have added springs and coils so very comfortable and smooth ride

    4. I didnt feel any problem with headlights at night as my other fellows were complaining..its fine and have much better visibility then previous model.

    5. You shuld hav good experience in driving while driving this car due to blind spots unlike city

    6. I have driven so fr 40 kms only and we had a very swear Dust storm yesterday in multan so thats why didint posts the pic of my new ride , will post soon after getting her washed.

I need kind support from faoaudhbhaie to help me in purchasing Foglights along with phiilips extreme vision, as here Toyota Multan motors saying original fog lamps would cost 30,000 Rs lolzz.....

    Best Regards

The increase in tyre dimensions by that proportion should in no way affect the handling and ride characteristics. I second what Kamran bhai observed first hand.

brother they surely do affect car handling and road feed back for sure.

i have experienced it first hand once i switched the size on my margallah from 175/70/13 to 195/50/15.

the over all tyre dimensions once translated are exactly same (almost) however i can assure you that the road feed back is so much different.

Autophile brother is correct since he has also shared the details with 4.1% increase (over all) in the wheel + plus tyre size which means the height of the car has increased further, which is not a very good thing in the already very high new corolla.

Yes i thought the same atleast it should give 8/ltr... This morning average went up a bit, 60km drivent and clock showed average 7.4... May be it will increase further after some time..I have not checked avg without or partial ac usage ..
Just noticed another thing it is tilting to the right when steering is at center position

Drive a bit minimum 50km...use soft paddling and reset the average...i am sure its only requires resetting...
For left tilt, get the vehicles alignment done, there is nothing to worry about this

get the alignment done from toyota, alignment isn't included in warranty though because even driving harshly on a bump can disturb it sometimes.

Inform the Toyota dealership about these issues at first 1000 KMs inspection.
I was also having a very minute alignment issue. At first inspection, Toyota Capital motors did the alignment free of cost.

They don't offer free wash. I was not interested in it but I asked them that is free wash included in first inspection, they said no, its not.
