Default Help needed reguarding Ac compressor. Altis 2012

    Hi everyone .
Recently had noticed an issue in my Altis 2012 Aircon , that when the car is going below 2000Rmp and when suddenly its accelerated quickly so the Airconditioner used to trip on for about 2-3 seconds .
Showed the Car to the Toyota dealer ship and a Local mechanic both said that it is because to maximize the power for the Engine that why the Ac is tripped . And the same was said By @zulfiqar bhai .
So the problem remains . This should not happen in daily driving like it should only happen if you press the accelerator full but it keeps on happening even if i slow gradually speed up the car and as soon as it goes above 2000Rpm so it trips for 2 Second . I think it is its fucntion but i guess mine is a bit slow in doing so !
Any idea guys? Experts please help

What do you mean by tripping of air conditioner, does the fan stop working or the compressor trips ?

If its the compressor, how can you tell that the compressor has tripped for 2-3 seconds..

No the fan is fine . The compressor trips the air becomes hotter for 2-3 seconds . Then again becomes normal .
I showed it to a local mechanic today he said it seems like a blockage in the system . Really confused now

He checked the gas and it was neither more then required or less . At the end he concluded that there ate two spots that could have blockage and is causing this One is the front (jaali) i guess condenser its called and second some valve . The reason he said this was that the pipe shown in the pics get alot more hotten then it should normally . Today its cloudy and still this pipe is very hard to touch while Ac on . Checked the same pipe in an Axio it was normal not that hot . The metal pipe in which The Ac gas travels i think Name: ImageUploadedByPW Forums1436267319.626865.jpg

This is not how it is diagnosed. Hook manifold gauges on both sides. Tell us the pressures at high and low side on idle and on 1500 rpm. If there is blockage in condenser then pipe will not be hot. it will be cold because that blockage will act as oriface tube and joule thomson effect will happen which is rapid expension after small opening causing cooling effect same as the principle your ac works.

it can be possible you have blocked expansion valve. That too can only and only diagnosed if you give both sides reading. See chart on followng thread once you get your readings. you will diagnose ityourself https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/mec...rious-symptoms

First get the readings and ambient temperature at that time. Then we can see if its faulty or not. Has your system ever done after company? as far as valve is concerned yes it requires you to remove evapourator and then comes valve. But first diagnose the problem rather than throwing parts at it

This is because he failed to hook the gauge properly. They rarely use High side. Also you need to get us the Ambient temperature means what was temperature outside

Dont worry about gas filling. Do following

    1. Hook both High and Low side Gauges.
    2. Get pressure pictures on low side and high side on idle.
    3. Raise the RPM to 1500 and then take pictures.

NOTE: While doing you need to
    1. put your blower to MAX
    2. Temperature to MAX Cool
    3. Open Windows or Even doors

This will ensure max load on AC

Keep in mind if you want perfection here in Pakistan you better start DIY stuff or learn info and force mechanic to work according to specs, otherwise change your level of satisfaction......
