Instructions from IMC to dealers are to register the vehicle at dealership to stop BLACK Market of ownn business.

However, customers can purchase vehicle from any dealership through out Pakistan to fetch early delivery that too will be followed with paper work to make sure its not a part of Ownn scam.

After your thread I went in long debate with him, as per his replies these are the instructions from IMC some dealerships are following it and some are not.

I suggest if you want to get a car without reg and insurance, cancel the booking here and get it from some other dealership as Toyota Central they will not let it go without registration.
Registration is not the problem ,I will seek good insurance co and make contract with them instead of them Thanks Bro

Agree insurance should be up to the individual. There should be a law in Pakistan that you must have insurance before leaving the show room or driving on the road be it 3rd party, which ever company you choose. That's the norm worldwide
