If you don't trust the shop keeper then its best for you to buy from authorized service centre or buy online.
I know about ZIC that they sell online. Don't know about any other oil which is sold online.
I've been using ZIC since last 7-8 years (not online, from a local original seller because my car clocked 122000 without any engine noise) and haven't faced any issue.

Best option in my opinion is to visit zicoil.pk. You'll have peace of mind that the product is original. Rates are reasonable too.

Never faced this issue in ZIC oil.
You can buy helix from shell pumps.

call shell Pakistan and ask them for where to buy it.

for engine becoming noisy, its normal for the engine to be slightly noisy after a few hundred kilometers of fresh oil change - that happens because the new oil is cleaning away the engine.

Shell helix actually is a good oil. But the issue is that it's very common and widely used across the country. Common items also have fake copies.
If anyone can source authentic and original shell oil, there is no problem using it.

    Oil Change Intervals.

As regards to change intervals, it is strongly advised to stick to manufacturers recommendation. Further as our climate is hot and dusty more care is required while changing of oil and filter. Pls inspect the funnel and cans that are used while refilling engine oil.

Please also remember that using synthetic oil does not mean that you should extend the drain/ change intervals.

I own a buzurg mercedes - she has nearto 190000 miles on it today - I bought it with about 150,000 - and Im pretty sure the previous owner used fizool and wrong engine oil and filter in it. I changed it to the shell ultra equal sold in USA with fleece type filter and the engine has cleaned itself out and the engine performs like a mercedes benz engine should. Smooth and elastic powerful.

No issues at all. I also use synthetic in my old and redone camry engine - no worries either. Its about 140,000 miles old.

for the easiest way to purchase, call shell Pakistan UAN, get a hold of someone sensible and ask where to buy it.
