Yes, in 13 inch rims you will mostly find 187/70/13.

Why not you go for 14 inch rims? You can easily find 185/65/ in 14 inch.

i am using Yokohama A-drive since last one year.
Drove ~14K, not even single puncture.
but its expensive tire. i bought "imported one". not smuggled.

Haroon what will be the ratio of both in terms of sitting down the car. mean if i fit 185/70/13 or 185/64/14, which size will make the car down, because my car is looking in height in 185/70/14 and also there is a spacer in rear wheels.

You have seen that people who often drive to villages install 15 inch rims just to increase the height of the car, as you know the condition of the roads in villages.
185/70/13 will make the car down, and if you further want to reduce the height of car then try your best to find 185/65/13.
Of course it will look in height in 185/70/14, in 14 inch rims go for 185/65.

And why you have put spacer in rear? 88 don't need spacers, it works fine without them.
If you want to stay with 14 inch rims, remove the spacers and install 185/65/14 and then see if your car looks in height or not.

    Thanks haroon,

I put the spacer because the size of tyre 185/70/14, After setting 3 persons, car body hit with tyre in bumpy roads. Please till me: Is both 70/13 and 65/14 will reduce the same height or not. If 65/14 can do, it will reduce my cost because i will not change the rim.

Today one of my relatives came with 88 corolla, he have 175/70/14 in his 88 with no spacers, neither his car body touches with tyre. I am telling you this just to show you that by installing 14 inch rims, there would have been no problems.
65/14 will reduce less height as compared to 70/13. But in reality I think the problem is with your shock absorbers, check them or go to a mechanic.

My 90 corolla also have some shock problems, as the shocks are not good but they are not too bad.

In my suggestion there is no need to change the rims, save your cost. Just inspect your shcoks by yourself or visit a mechanic.
