Default Your Experience of new Toyota Corolla 11th Gen: (Good or Bad) ???

Salam Pakwheelers hope similer thread doesnt exist here.
i have seen too many 11th gen corolla owners are complaining about many issues, be it underpowerness, dashboard noises, rattling noises, poor quality paint, allignment issues, tail light allignment issues or any engine issues.
many potential buyers are getting confused(me too)
although corolla is knows for its reliablity and robustness but god knows what happned with imc this time.
so i suggest all the owners of new corolla 11th gen come here and share their problem or reviews here
and those members who tells about that problem must clearify that did toyota imc responds to their problems and are the problems solved.
plz guys we want unbiased reviews about problems you faced.
in this way all of the buyers/members confusion will be cleared
    kindly share problems you faced
and plz guys we dont want to hear that mere chacha ki beti ke bhai ke abu ke chacha ki car me noises hy lol
    thanks guys.

I have recently purchased GLI AT and it has adequate power for what it is designed to do. I am quite used to CVT transmissions so expected slightly lethargic performance. The cabin is very well insulated compared to 8th gen civic and surprisingly it is even quieter than my daily driver; a 2013 Outlander.

Corolla 1.3 is certainly not a racer and CVT doesn't help either - it's a utilitarian vehicle.

    yar corolla is corolla
its not build quality - its just rough and tough duct taping of hinges around the chassis
if you want build quality go try and buy a jdm in a market full of accidented cars
or pay 4 million for an audi

car market in pakistan is so f****d up if only that improves quality of life would go up for example a fully loaded audi a3 in USA costs 3.8 million PKR I'm talking about a 2.0 litre AWD quattro audi a3 - and audi pakistan just cant sell that car here because it would cost around 6 million due to duties and stuff - LANAT on IMC, and Atlas Honda for making sh*tloads of money and giving tin cans in return.

qayamat ka din hoga... awaam ka haath hoga aur IMC/Atlas/Hakoomat ka Gireybaan hoga puttar
I feel like swearing my heart out

I got GLi 1.3 Auto, driven 6000 km by now. Definitely its an under power vehicle, however adds to the feeling of being under power is the vibration at 3000 Rpm while accelerating during driving. Have anyone felt that ? . Got it checked at Walton Motors, they let me experience (by accelerating stationary Vehicle) 1.6 and 1.8 which as well having same problem. Fellows driving 1.6/1.8 can you share your experience , which may lead me to upgrade if actual users are not having that particular vibration.
    I'd rather be in Concordia!

We have an XLI that we got in Jan 2015 (its a company car). I have no complaints as light are perfectly aligned, no dashboard or rattling noise, no paint issues, nothing. Its very good.

Drive-wise its quite smooth, have a much quieter cabin, looks good, absorbs the little bumps on the road quite well, doesn't hit the car-breakers which abound here. Seats are comfortable and driving positing is good both for ease of driving and particularly from glare at night time traffic. Cabin lights are better than previous model.

I am no racer so never for a second felt it to be underpowered but I guess that depends on driving habits. Have taken it on smooth highways and motorways (both M1 and M2), kashmir (banjosa and toli pir), Shogran, Naran, Lulusar, Pir Sohawa, etc. It climbed easily with 4 adults and a boot full of luggage. You just have to be in the proper gear. Driven it at 150km/hr and no noise or vibration, etc.

Two things I observed, however, were 1. rear visibility is a little poor, and 2. the company fitted headlights are not as bright and blinding as the previous generation. In the interior, the default blue light for radio makes it hard to read so perhaps it should be improved there.

Overall, I would say so far so good.
