    Things missed in my opinion:
    1. Timing belt replacement.....(Toyota recommends timing belt replacement at 100k, also written on timing belt cover.)
Do check the other belts as well.
    2. Fuel Filter Cleaning/Replacement According to it's condition.
    3. Spark plugs replacement.
    4. Radiator check for any issue.

Thanks brother for your points.I am much thankful to you.

1.Can you please guide me where is the location of timing belt(is is same like fan belt?) i changed fan belt at odometer @ 50K but it is still in good condition so i did not changed or oiled it, i checked all belts & apparently all r noiseless & good shiny

2.Fuel filter was replaced 5 years ago with honda oem during tuning, after that all is smooth

3.from 2006 original spark plugs are in the car .at 80K during tuning, mechanic recleaned & adjust spacing gap(BUT IT IS STILL GOOD & CAR SPARKING STARTING AT 1ST ignition/CRANK WITHOUT ANY DELAY)

4.Radiator water i replace after every 6 months so i changed it 4 months ago,This time instead of coolant mechanic put ordinary water but it is full yet without loss of single drop of water in radiator from 4 months( although my car always starts with a/c always on

At 100K service, except point 1 rest 3 points were checked by mechanics & they told when everything is smooth ok, running dont bother to disturb any unnecessary thing so i didnot do points 2,3,4 which u mentioned

so i rely on them & by grace of allah all is well yet,Even at 100 K at odometer i admit myself that it is not excellent mantained as it should be & could be but better than average maintained & it is still giving water from silencer.not a pinch of smoke ever, not eat/drink/loss single drop of engine oil from engine, not eat/drink/loss single drop of ordinary water from Radiator

Mielage: 15 Km/Litre of Petrol with A/C on Karachi broken & crowdy roads at average speed
same: 15 Km/Kg of CNG with A/C on Karachi broken & crowdy roads at average speed

kindly suggest what to do now

Those are great mileage figure MA, seems to be well maintained.
But I suggest you to change the plugs, you'll feel even better pickup and better mileage. Because 70-80k is max life of plugs. 100k is a bit over for the plugs.

Fan belt and timing belt are two different things.

Below is the picture of timing belt:

You do know that Corolla since 2002 use timing chains which don't need replacement unless their screwed

Belt is subject to inspection but it lasts long, my 2006 model has done 160,000kms and belt is good. Fan belt should be changed and fuel filter plugs and radiator should be flushed and topped with coolant.

I've seen it written on the timing belt cover of 9th, 10th corolla that change the timing belt after 100,000km.
There has to be a reason for this warning. Why would they say it if it doesn't need replacement?
You may be right about chain but on the cover it's written belt not chain.

Since I also Own a Corolla 2005 following are my observations and recommendations. Also dont forget the things that are mentioned by other users.

1.Engine Oil(Changed from Mineral Petromin Ulta7 20W-50 to Fully Synthetic Total Quartz 9000 5W-30 Golden pack)
    Rs. 2600
20-50 was too thick of an OIL. Toyota recommends 10-40 . With 5-30 I hope your engine seals wont leak. Although 10-40 would be better.

    2.Oil filter
    Rs. 300
Probably Guard Filter . Not a Bad filter if you change after 5k. Orignal is around RS 750

    3.Air filter
    Rs. 300
A big compromise. Thailand one is for around 1200. and Japanese for 1500. Anyway in after market use either Guard and Qaim stay away from Lippon

    4.Gear Oil
    Rs. 1200 (for 4 packs)
Only Toyota Oil is recommended. Its better to replace it with Toyota even now.

    5.Clutch plate
    Rs. 2500
    6.Pressure plate
Rs. 600 (resurfacing called i think)
    7.Front break pads
Rs. 750 Orignal is around 3500
    8.Rear break pads
Rs. 750 Orignal is around 3500
9.Hand break rubber pad ( like wire)
    Rs. 200
10.Wiper blade(1 piece only by giving my old one of LHS as RHS genuine rubber is excellent)
Rs. 100 - A good wiper blade is around RS 200.Ordinary is for Rs50 -However good the genuine rubber is its time to let it go.
    11.Clutch cylinder
    Rs. 1200
    12.Gear bearing
    Rs. 450
13.Original Tyres of General changed to NEW JINYU CHINESE BRAND 195/70 R14
Total Rs. 22,000 for new but paid Rs. 21,500(Rs. 500 less got for exchanging/giving 4 old general tyres) Only 500 for 4 tyres is very less in my opinion it should be minimum 2000
    14.Wheel balancing
    Rs. 400
    15.wheel Alignment
Rs. 1000(but waived for new tyre & included in 21,500 Rs.)
    16.CNG cylinder & kit oil draining/servicing/tuning
    Rs. 2,500
17.Labor for clutch plate & pressure plate
    Rs. 2,000
    18.Labor for clutch cylinder
    Rs. 600
19.Labor for break pad changing, hand break tightening & opening discs(for resurfacing)
    Rs. 1,100
    20.Labor for resurfacing break discs(only 2 front)
    Rs. 400
21.Labor for resurfacing pressure plate/clutch etc.
    Rs. 600
    22.Wiring for fog lights(only wiring)
    Rs. 500
    23.Grease box(yellow)
    Rs. 250
    24.Break oil(SNK)
    Rs. 540 for 3(Rs. 180 per piece)
25.Labour for Siliconing Seal for Engine oil seal
    Rs. 1000
26.Petrol used for degreasing,cleaning(10% used while 90% Mechanic took for cleaning hands)

    Rs. 250

27.Labor cost for cleaning light assembly within steering(including soldering kaya & carbon removing as only dipper full head lights were not working although bulbs were ok & original factory fitted)
    Rs. 400
28.New inner sporty rubber pad (set of 3 for clutch, break & accelerator pedals)
    Rs. 400

    GRAND TOTAL COST: Rs. 44,390

Note: All work done at non 3S dealers & spare parts used not bought from Toyota original spare parts. It all done in Karachi

trust me, visually(through oil cap) and by the sound of it, one cannot tell the condition of timing belt. You can only confirm if you take it out, press the inner side between your fingers and see if there are cracks.
After the life of timing belt, it can break any time and once it breaks, a huge mess is created in interference engines and a much much larger bill to rebuild the head/engine. Replacing timing belt is a preventive maintenance. It is better to spend some k's than regretting later. You already spent 44k so why not some 5-6k more? and have peace of mind for the next 100k kms

Mielage: 15 Km/Litre of Petrol with A/C on Karachi broken & crowdy roads at average speed
same: 15 Km/Kg of CNG with A/C on Karachi broken & crowdy roads at average speed

kindly suggest what to do now
You have done a great job on your car in reasonable cost including highly competent labour charges.

I'll suggest that you must change timing belt on this much running of your car. Don't rethink about it and don't look for any advise/input. Just do it.
