if erratic idling etc, service throttle/idle valve etc max...check brake leather max...

Adjust tapets only when they make noise. Otherwise dont let mechanic touch them. Most mechanics dont know how to adjust tapets and will create problem for u.

In this model , no need for tappet adjustment as told by 3s . Cant remember reason. Get it checked from 3s and dont let anyone mess with engine.

Dears, VVTi engine (Variable Valve Timing Intelligence) did not require any Tappet adjustment as it's done by plungers/oil pressure automatically according to engine RPM continuously.

Re: increase in RPM, If you add or replace any electrical item with more then standard rated wattage/load for that item like more wattage Headlights or Fog Lights or AMP etc. it will increase the load on Electrical system thus engine need to run more to generate electricity via Alternator for such loads that causes in increase in RPM. Review in the light of above and you might solve the issue your self. Thanks

Your said items should meet car's electric cables safe current passing limit to avoid any mishap of fire, but if your car wiring was amended as per new load Or luckily is survived till now then said items are definitely eating up car battery life quickly, however now a new battery with little more amps (from stock battery amps) can resolve the RPM as well as decrease in battery life issues, if car other things are working fine as you have mentioned earlier.

But please double check your car those wires which are under heavy load due to new gadgets to avoid any inconvenience when you use them for long period of time like on long journey as at time they can heat up and might fail or may cause any major problem.

Just keep in mind that car wires, battery and car's battery charging system etc. has a limit, please regard them. Thanks
