    AOA...!
    Hello Brothers, hope all fine.
    Recently i bought Indus Corolla 1994.

    Keeping in mind the potential , durability of the car with engine , what would be the best possible swap along Transmission.

    few engines i will name which i have considered but before going for final step i would like if someone gives a brotherly and expert opinion here.
    1) 7A
    2)3S-ge or 3s-Fe
    3)4A (Blacktop) ** not my favorite though, due to parts **
    4) 2ZZ-ge vvtl-i

    if anyone has a better option to advice, i will welcome it .
    kindly do write what possible alteration will be expected that will effect the suspension , Mount/foundation etc.

    3sge beams or 2zz .. .. 4age is perfect swap but this engine is very rare now in good condition

    @ Rozz
    How easily will 3sge or 2zz sit in the engine bay, as these engines have heavy/bigger blocks , correct me if i am wrong.
    also how will it effects the suspensions and foundations.
    what suspension will suit either swap.

    well let us begin, for starters, why do you want a swap, is this a project car? if so, whats the basic purpose of it and what is going to be its usage, weekend or daily? are you looking for reliability, performance or a bit of both? is funding an issue?

    2zzge is not ideal for daily use as its a high revving engine with almost no torque and low rev on high ways it pretty fun to drive but keep in mind its not economical at all 3s will be a big and heavy engine 7afe is very nice option IMO lot of lower end torque

    this car has a daily use almost, but no rough use. its in a safe caring hands. Budget is not a problem for swapping engine. but yeah due to some crisis i cannot go for new car at moment. So i want to upgrade it with best possible, suitable option now a days available.
    " 3s " i know have a big heavy block, but somewhere i heard the Beam or ge version was lighter about 185 kg.
    2zz is new for me , but may be it matches 4age as no torque and high Hp.
    so yeah i like performance and durability both.
    so recommend something that has already been experimented and found good

    Why not consider that, it's economical, quicker than most things on the road and it should fit in perfectly

    For trouble free service, just overhaul your engine, if that is not a problem and if it needs an overhaul.

    So in-fact the soul purpose is to know whether these heavy, powerful engine are suitable for swap or not.
    my current engine is 5A with Auto trans as i already mentioned, How much Power i can actually pull out of it keeping it in original state ?
    i did installed 4-2-1 Gt exhaust headers with 2" pipe .
    i am actually in pursuit to know , does the car lost its strength by putting up any of these engines or not.
    i remember i meet a guy who use to run 4age on CNG

    Vaqas had it in his AE100, 7afe got pretty decent low end torque.
