Lol. General is not making continental. Continental is a shareholder of General Tyres PK with technical assistance only to help them make tyres. The day General PK starts making continental which will never happen, I'll stop buying them.

Continental AG, Germany?s number one tyre manufacturer purchased GTIC in 1987 and thus became 10% owners in GTR. Continental provides Technical Assistance to GTR under a program, which includes training of our people, formulations, recipe, and selection of equipment and approved suppliers. GTR under this agreement with Continental is bound to follow all rules and regulations provided by Continental including the given quality standards. The brand name ?GENERAL? used by GTR also belongs to Continental AG. Now this brand name is synonymous with quality and experience in the art of making tyres since being in this market for more than 50 years.

Just wondering, if they are to follow rules and regulations laid down by Continental then how come Continental doesn't ask them to at least stamp dates on the General tyres!!

Oh yeah and I said something completely different right? First, learn how to talk, then learn how to read as my comment states the same thing with one BIG DIFFERENCE that General does NOT make continental TYRES!

    Have a good day.

Follow rules and regulation doesnt mean transfer of techonlogy to General. Its just training of ppl and related stuff.
