Firstly corolla gli is underpowered and even if you compare it with city 1.3 you can see that corolla has less torque and power than city 1.3 so 1.5 is definately more powerful.
Secondly Honda is not at all having a hard suspension which you call phatta suspension.Thirdly, its dashboard is not cheap as you all think.
4: Its fuel economy will definitely surprise you
5:You can find rear ac ducts in city and not in corolla
6: Corolla is not having fog lights and a full chrome grille 7:City is totally urban and its suspension cannot be blamed as its specially designed for good roads
8:Corolla owners and supporters please tell why the ground clearance of corolla is not mentioned on its site???
9:City has less engine noise 10:City has better acceleration 11:City has a trunk space of 506 liters while corolla has a trunk space of 470 liters. Its bad as corolla is long and wide
12: You can note empty space in Toyotas bonnet (its how its length increased)
13: Honda emits less pollution its euro 4 while Toyota is euro 3
14:Its turning radius is 5.3 and Toyotas is 5.4
15:You won't get entertainment like navigation and multimedia until you pay extra money for it
16: Corolla loses control on high speeds while city is easier to handle
17:There is a huge price difference between then and corolla is only for those who want to resale their car
18: Corolla's windows are on such high level that you will feel like you are sitting in a tank or a closed vehicle . It disturbs a lot of people
19:You all might not know but city is much taller than corolla its 5 mm taller.
20:City's bumper would take any kind of small impact and they won't even get a scratch if they are pressed by a car( I tested it myself)
21:Even if city is an old car it manages to compete with a car usually made to compete with Honda civic

Sir i respect you opinion , but sorry points you mentioned are lame, with in city driving fuel economy is nearly same. Dont know your city but my daily route is RWP-ISb so bumpy worst roads on my route . Atlas charges extra for Addons those are not in stock. And i dont feel any high level windows. 5.3 turning radius coz city is compact sedan . And Corolla is competitor of CIVIC not CITY . But only in Pak corolla have 1.3 so pakistanis always comparing CITY and GLI . I just dont like IMC built quality cheap interior and also corolla interior desing is not up to mark. 11th genration is curvy design.

Its just about your own thoughts and I already told you that city is a strict urban car made for carpeted or good roads and when you talk about rwp-isb than I also live in isb and there city is preferred and I don't know much about pindi but the road network is improving there. Therefore for those people they have their own choice just think about it and don't forget that city and corolla have the same suspension MacPherson strut something so how can you expect a difference in suspension. So Honda designed it specially in a way that its harder than corolla. You might think its a flaw but instead its a unique feature which city carries. City's name is city which is designed for city but overall I prefer city for those who want driving enjoyment

I may mention that corolla is no longer completely a competitor of civic as gli and xli are too low to be compared with civic so there you can find it competing directly with city. One more fact city aspire is also available in 1.5 liter engine which is cheaper than gli even after you put modulo kit on it

City is a nippy little sedan; has ample space and the boot is surprisingly bigger than Corolla's with 506 liters as compared to latter's 470 liters. It is also easy to manoeuvre in congested urban areas. With its stiff suspension, it will offer a stable drive on high speeds on the motorway, however, it will make for an uncomfortable ride on unpaved bumpy roads. Its excellent Fuel economy and 42 liter fuel tank will save you from frequent trips to the gas station.
Corolla, on the other hand, is a rough and tough everday sedan. Its not a fun car to drive unless its a 1.8L variant, but it gets the job done...reliably! It has copius legspace, particularly in the back seat and can easily accomodate 5 persons in all. Suspension is soft and can take the abuse without any fuss on unpaved roads. Handling at high speeds on the motorway can be bit tricky if driving with stock tyres. Better to limit the speed to 110 kph to be on the safer side; Acceleration of the 1.3L is a tad sluggish as compared to the City but is quite acceptable for a car this size. Fuel mileage is average but then, it all comes down to your driving style. The key selling point of the corolla is its resale and the widespread availability of spares. The only downside of the Corolla is its high theft rate. If resale is not an issue, and don't mind depreciation in the event of launch of the new City model, the Aspire wouldn't be a bad choice. Again, I'd like to stress that its a matter of personal choice, requirement and your budget.

City has rear ac ducts. Turn the ac settings to face and feet or only at feet and check. Also see there is a chance that foot matts may have blocked the ducts.

@mazamshahid There is a difference between on paper and practical usage. City has a hard suspension, has low clearance, personally experienced. As for having the feel of a nippy car, no one buys a compact sedan to race in. As for quality, Honda provides better but is losing its touch quite fast.
