Default Corolla Finally getting Immobilizer, Shaitaan apko share kernay say rokay ga

    Hello,

Over the last decade almost 2 in 10 Toyota Corolla owner have faced attempts or the actual theft of a car parked outside the house.

In islamabad corolla gets stolen more thn motorbikes, there was this incident 5 months back where thieves cut down the HOUSE GATE and stole the brand new 2 days old Altis Grande.

ONLY BECAUSE THIS CAR NEVER HAD IMMOBILIZER......until now.

Reports are coming in that toyota will be offering immobilizer in corolla from now on.

The only reason i had to buy Aspire 1.5 Prosmatec (for Parents) was that people in our community have lost corolla even before they got their first oil change.

so glad that a deal has been made between Car lifting mafia-Insurance Company & Toyota Indus. (LOL)

PLEASE SHARE THIS NEWS, CUZ SHAITAAN APKO SHARE KERNAY SAY ROKAY GA. :p

Instead of making this into a Honda vs Toyota fight, the better approach will be to unite and fight against those who build these stupid car breakers.

For that matter, nor do the people. People are happy to fake wearing a seatbelt here, so cares about airbags? People got aware and started asking about immobiliser, and Indus had to respond. If customers at showroom start asking and making their decision about airbags, the manufacturers will respond.

That, however, is unlikely to happen.

And frankly speaking, which someone else also pointed out, these kinds of things will have to be enforced by the govt. Even in developed countries, they had to be enforced by implementing crash test standards and giving out ratings.

Moreover, if such a thing is to be mandated, it will have to combine with insurance too. Imagine bumping into someone (or someone bumping into you)...what is now settled with a few thousand rupees (and a verbal/fist fight) will cost hundreds of thousands of rupees.

    Who can afford that?

I know people (in rural KP) who have bought JDM cars and went to mechanics to get the airbag disabled.

Sorry for going slightly off topic. The way our illiterate stupid nation makes their kids stand on the front right next to the dashboard and babies in jaahil baba's lap infront of the steering while baba is driving, airbags are very harmful and fatal.
No offence to anyone but i have deep and utmost hatred for such idiots who love their kids so much to make them ride in the front. I feel like stopping them and give them a beating.

Sorry for going slightly off topic, but I've heard that the new Honda Civic will be getting push start and a button parking brake and some other stuff like that, is this true or is it just a rumour?

These features are true for Thailand models, lets wait if they introduce all the thailand model specs here or not.

Boss a climate control has been avaliable for all civic and corolla models why didn't people get them yet?

It's not as simple as plug and play. Some sensors needs to be in place
