Sir, since much of the work has to be done with right leg, so auto transmission car would best suit your needs, as in that case, you can relax your left foot, and use the right foot to drive the car. There are several types of auto transmission cars available in market, starting from as low as Rs. 5 lac, depending upon your budget.

Dear brother, buy an automatic vehicle.
Also, there are some shops who are fitting detachable performance oriented steering wheels now a days.
You can take them off by pressing a single button. Get that fit in your car and in sha Allah you won't face any difficulties. Also, corolla is a roomy car so you won't feel any difficulty while entering in it.
You can buy 1.3 gli auto, 1.6 Altis or 1.8 Altis cvt-i.

Default Advice for purchasing a car

Dear brother. I am an automotive technician and studying automotive engineering. I prefer manuals. Auto gear boxes are piece of shits. Once there a problem arise you will have to shed your hard earned money on it. And they are hard to repair.

Sir, attached are a few pics for reference. It's a Passo with special seat for handicapped people. Consider installing one for yourself. I am sure many customization shops would be able to provide this:

Sir, it can be fixed in place of driver's seat as well. My humble advice would be to save these pics and show it to any customization shop for further help.

Do you know the cost of replacing clutch, pressure plate, wheel bearing and fly wheel?
    It's like 40,000rs.
All over the world automatic gears are more reliable than manuals.
Also, automatic last much more than a manual one.
