    Default Grande Infotainment System Google Play Issue

    I bought Grande a year ago. Right after 4 months of using the infotainment, I wasn't able to download any application via Google Play it gave me error #498. I googled the error, they told me to sign out my account from device and sign in again. I tried signing out from device but it requires me to factory reset the device. I can't find any way to factory reset it. The option where it says factory reset leads to me to Android Recovery where I am unable to do anything. Also, the internal seems to be corrupted as I can't copy any files in it.

    I think clearing it's data will fix it but how can I?
