Default Altis 1.6 vs Altis 1.8 vs Altis Grande

I just wanted to ask what are the additional features/advantages of Altis Grande over the regular Altis 1.8
What is the price difference, and if someone may. Please tell the differences in Altis 1.6 and 1.8

If going to the "SHOP" was the easiest thing, PakWheels would have died long ago. This forum exists for people like me who ask questions. Some basic differences are seen at the IMC website but still it at times skips a few points. So instead of the "SHOP" I thought of getting help from the forum that has been helpful every time I needed information.
You did not know it, maybe someone else will help. thanks for being smart though.
I'm sorry for the "SHOP" thing I did above, I'm sorry if I overdid that No offense, will wait for another member to respond. I'm in an early decision making position and the showroom is not the best place to get an opinion from. You have a point but I can't know it all by myself and do the calculations.

The idea is to know all key differences in these models, the decision will be based on the cost and benefit associated with all models. That would be my call in the end (OR MY DAD's)

    For Altis 1.6

    1zrfe 1.6 engine
    4 speed conventional automatic gearbox
No chrome grill and extended chrome bars in headlights
    No fog lights
    No navigation
    Infotainment system is different
    No trunk tray
    No jacknife type key
    No steering controls
    Gli like meter
    No airbag
    No auto retractable mirrors
    No split fold rear seats
Chrome garnish are not present on some areas of body and interior as well including the steering wheel
    No cruise control

    For Altis 1.8 cvti cruisetronic
    as compare to Altis 1.6
2zrfe 1.8 engine with cvt automatic transmission
Chrome grill with chrome bars extending into lights
    Fog lights
Chrome garnish on door handles and doors
    Retractable mirrors
    Jacknife type key
    Trunk tray
    Split fold seats
    Tiptronic
    New meter
Chrome garnish in some areas of interior
    Infotainment system with navigation
    Better speakers
    Cruise control
    Eco indicator
    Single air bag for driver
    Steering controls on both sides
    Meter sweep

Altis 1.8 grande as compare to Altis cvti cruisetronic

    Sunroof
    Paddle shifters
    Climate control
Height adjustment for both front seats
    Rain sensor
    Leather seats
    Fog light chrome garnish
Automatic retractable side mirrors on lock/unlock
    Dual airbags

    ......
I have also noticed that fuel economy of 1.8 variants is better than 1.6 ones.

I own Altis 1.8 cvti cruisetronic new may model. Mine gives 12-13 within city and 15-17 on long routes.
You can confirm all these features from indus motor website brochure of Grande. All the specs are given there.
    Here is the link http://www.toyota-indus.com/grande/
Just click on download brochure and look at the specifications. All the models are compared there.
In the end, you don't need to visit shop aka dealership

PS: No shop sells a car, maash ki daal shaed mil jaye 😆

I didn't expect this to get dragged this much. I'm sorry if I offended you. I agree with the word dealership. In the States the word Shop kind of was used as a garage or what we call workshop here, as in the repair place. So you know. Dealership or Showroom is always good
thanks anyway, you brought some life into this thread.
IT MAY BE CLOSED. unless anyone else wants to drag it. I'm done. Thanks again guys

All Altis 1.8 and 1.6 have rack and pinion (kangi) which is different from 1.3 xli and gli.
All Altis 1.8 variants have independant mcpherson strut at the front while the 1.6 and 1.3 have semi indepandant type mcpherson strut.
Yes, there's a clear difference. Even road grip is quite different.

The abs brake unit of gli is different from that of Altis 1.6 and Altis 1.8
