Default Booking 3 Corollas a bad idea?

So I've been planning to buy a car for a while and managed to gather 1.6m so far. I was planning to book a City because it was the best option in that range (not a JDM fan for reasons).

Then someone suggested I could book 3 GLis which would be delivered in January and sell like hot cakes because 2017 model and what not. I could sell 2 corollas for around 1lac profit each and add that to the third to afford one for myself.

I must say that is a darned clever way to go about it, especially since I'm not a big City fan anyway. Has anyone got any experience doing this? Is this really possible and are there any precautions etc. I should be aware of? I'm in Lahore btw so I'll be booking from here.

P.S. no you may not ask what the reasons for disliking JDM are.

Wont work, you need 5 lacs partial payment to book a car, but you need to deposit the remaining amount a month before the car arrives, if you book 3 now, you will have to come up with another 40lacs(approx) a month before the expected delivery of the cars.
What you can do is book one car now, xli is is priced in the mid 17lacs, come up with the remaining amount, car would be delivered in end january or February(approx), sell it on own, premium at that time of the year is near 120k-150k(approx), then book one for your self, but mind you your own car wont be coming any sooner than may-june(approx).

Thanks, that makes a lot more sense. I knew there would be a catch there somewhere. Thanks for the advice.

Plus I think you also would need to pay all taxes for each car. So the profit you will make won't be that great either.
