Default Engine Missing In Cold Start and Hesitate while Acceleration

    AoA,
What could be the reason for the engine to jerk/missing for a few seconds while cold start in the morning and after the engine heats up it becomes all good. Moreover while driving if you step on the accelerator the car hesitates in acceleration.
    Any related diagnose or solution?
    Its a 2015 Corolla 1.8 Altis Manual.

Please note i have brand new plug wires and plugs...new air filter, tappets setting done...

But how come engine runs perfectly fine 99% of the time? Do u think of MAF sensor being clogged

Sometimes minor problems with the sensor are not detected by the scanner and can only be checked through an amp/voltmeter. Does your car tends to give you the same problem in Petrol aswell?
Mine has a very different problem, everything is fine but i have this little jerk issues in the morning and then its not smooth while shifting gears, at every gear when i release clutch with acceleration pushed it kinds of breath and loose pressure and gives you a stumbling ride. I dont know what this could. I even checked both the O2 sensors and they are fine. I am forcing toyota to change my throttle body under warranty but they are hesitant saying that its a new car and there seems to be no problem with it. But yes a local car cab have manufacturing faults and that is my verdict to them. I hope they replace it.

Then its the problem with CNG. Check CNG kit's Diaphragm, coversion button, wiring, gas variation inlet knob. Try having a kit clean up and reinstall with all the things in order.
I hope it solves the problem.

I suspect a gas blockage somewhere in piping...went to dealership today. They said your plug wires are not genuine ones and this could also be a cause. They wanted me to throw away my current brand new wires and install their own costing 10,500...

Is a blockage in piping of cng possible due to which car doesnt get enuff cng sulpply suddenly?
