we are converting XLi,s to Cng in a very neat manner. A frame is afixed to rear mounts and no extra hole is drilled except for the filling valve...
FAber is available and is 20kg lighter but that will cost you additional 7,000 Rs

Landi Renzo Products dont work well at all. We are using Map advancers that have a one year warranty (Replacement).

I recommend a LCS to avoid backfire and prevent loss of airfilters (1000Rs) and Intake Manifold ( 32000Rs)....

well dude..its running fine..as of now...i have not utilized the full tank of cng...so cant tell about consumption/mileage...but pic is satifactory...little diffenrce than petrol........one thingh worries me though..

is it necessary to run the engine at high Rev"s on CNg ???...cause someone told me if i run the engine on low rev"s,while on cng ...then there will be a bang..a BACK FIRE.

If there is a back fire, it will different reasons for it, high or low rev will not save that, who told you this?

Please search in threads you can find back fire reasons, already told that here.

LCS is short for Lambda Control System

it is a feedback system that constantly adjusts the gas flow according to the requirement of the engine , hence giving u more and appropriate power at right moments , preventing ur routine checkups of gas settings and giving u almost same pickup even if u get CNG from different stations.

    it takes inputs from

    Throttle Positioning Sensor
MAP sensor or Engine load sensor
    O2 sensor (Drilled in Exhaust)

processes them thru the independent ECU that comes with the package and adjusts the stepper motor that is instlled on gas flow line
