    MOD EDIT : THREAD RE-OPENED ON REQUEST OF STONEDSAINT

    Hello guyz, at last my gli got converted to cng cng from toyota capital at islamabad. So far kit is going fine with 1 tune up by them.
    Some conversion specifications.

    Landi Renzo Italian kit 096 TN1 model
    Adv & Emu original Landi Renzo boxed.
    Nozels and other parts (bolts etc) all from Kit box.
    Cylinder: 60wl cylbrass (might spell mistake).

    Costs me 50,000 Rs and all done in 5 hrs.

    attaching some pics. Got pics from my nokia 6600 (VGA cam) so sorry for bad resolution. but tried hard to get some bright pics.

    Cheerz

    i have a Xli landirenzo kit....55kg cylinder gives me 180-185km on motorway with four ppl and luggage...and u gave 10000 more for extra 5kg for just 5-10km more......60kg cylinders r not for these small cars actually.....u cn have them on coronas, cressidas and cronws etc...i get around 150km with ac in city in ma 2000vti 55kg cylinder and same in city with 55kg in Xli......
    and yes those adv and emu which they installed in the dashboard is ....my god the most stupid thing they ever did.....wats wrong with toyota guys...i mean jub bhi setting kerni perni u'll have to open the dashboard for the emu and adv setting ok fine u'll take ur car to toyota again for this thing and it would be an easy job for the toyota guys but again u'll have to get the appointment from then...and then again an hour for the dashboard....i mean thats just stupid u fit these aftermarket things in the dashboards.....

    Bro ur getting very gud mileage, u must have very best tuning, best of luck for ur xli ........

    first of all , i use 60wl cylinder cos i have long drives to my village from isb, its quit far , so i need maximum gas to use on road.

    secondly if u own a xli , then u should know that of getting ur dash board top off, u need 2 mins ........ take a look at ur car ......

    thirdly for big cars like corona , creseedia's, i dont prefer to even install a cng kit in them, cos its not for those big cars, its of small cars like ours, ...... dont tell me u like ppls who spend 400k on parado's and standing in row for getting cng .

    fourth , if u read carefully above, there i mentioned, there is no need to touch the adv or emu, all setting will be done by the kit ,. for idle and mixture setting. All the advancing required by corolla is known by them and they set it once and it is final , till now my car is running fine, i will let everybody knows if i get any prob regarding adv or emu of the kit.

    the reason they install adv & emu in dash is for some easy and safe connections to wires and for long life of electronics, instead of in engine bay, like somebody washing throws water over heat damages . Got the point .

    i haven't got it best tuned......ma friend has a GLi it gives the same mileage as does ma uncle's Xli...
    and yes u r right u don't need to set anythin from the emu adv but there r some switches on them to get some setting i think woh use kerney ke liye hi hein.....
    and i don't know wats this thing is about don't wash ur engine where u have emu adv installed i have three car havin emu adv installed in engine bay..i get ma cars washed from service station and they even spray diesel on it....aj tuk kuch bhi nhn hoye...it all depends on the fitting

    Mashallah dude, ur car is rocking on these settings and fittings, actually that was that deisel that u pour on ur electronics makes ur car more frictionless ....... lolz
    dude i never said dont wash ur engine, but u need to wrap ur electronics before washing ur engine, otherwise there will be an ambiguity that might ur electronics get short. anyways thats ur act , enjoy ur ride buddy.

    @Asim111........Stonedsaint................

    Thanks for the compliments.......... I am of no side, both conversion are nicely done, I could see few points which need to be rectified in both cases but I dont like to comment on those things.

    As far as the one or two months thing.......its not for the conversion, I mean its Toyota Conversion Center, I know they are not authorise to do such business, not from/by Toyota niether from OGRA.........So soon they have to close it down or they have to chage the banner they are useing.

    Hope my point is clear.............

    @Slman_m5
    bro fitting app jo marzi kar loo , on wash if ur adv & emu are not wrapped , they could be damaged no matter wat u do. where ever u hide them .

    @minex
    yes u r quit right, but i can't afford petrol and have lots of driving so its a gud thing to turn 1.3L car on cng,

    wat abt u , u put cng in 1.8L civic, y u did this to ur beautifull car, i remember that belongs to ur brother, pheer behi ....... y u convert it , everybody has a reason.

    Thanks all for sharing ur experience.
