Default Problem in CNG / Petrol in Corolla X

    Hi guys...

    AoA

i am facing some sort of problem in my Corolla X (1.5, Auto Transmission, Model 2002 ). i purchased it in November 06 and after few days, i got CNG installed from FTFS (Faisal Town). it was working fine, but since last 2 months, its giving alot of problems
firstly, on cng and petrol, the car steering sometimes becomes very heavy.
Secondly, on petrol, the car is constantly doing missing (woh ghooth ree hai).
thirdly, on gas its mileage is no more good.
forthly, when i get gas adjustments done from some professional, it works fine on one cylinder and then returns to the same pathetic position.
fifly, RPM setting changes... like it does alot of vibration while the A/c is on (so much that i get shaken)

Please help to save me from this severe tension.

I guess your fuel filter is choked. For hard steering, check steering oil level.

steering gets heavy when ur rpm drops and ur power steering pump cant produce pressure at low rpms so u need to sort out ur rpm and that is ur cng kit is not stable.
then u say ur car is not running good on petrol either and that i think ur plugs are worn out check them and when ur car is stable on petrol the cng will work fine and check the tape on the air cleaners mouth ........do mail me if u need more help......its not a big issue its just the whole setting but first check ur plugs i think one of the plugs is half dead or it dies after sometime.......

    @ EkBanjaara
yea i shall get my cars fuel filter checked on monday and see if it gets better. and abt the steering, it is electronic power steering (doesnt have that steering oil in it)

    @ faisi001
yea i think there mite be some rpm problem in the car. do u have any idea who can solve it in lahore (Toyota shaheen + Toyota Garden motors workshops= handsup)
and the plugs & coils of the car are fine, as i got them checked today too.

    @ khyam
i always change the air filter of the car with routine check up or oil change. and recently i got it changed too.

    @ HAshims

which car do u have which is causing the same problem?

Most of us know how the injectors get clogged. Its nothing but the fuel that we use, causes clogging. Every time we turn off our car's engine, last drop of petrol dries on the nozzle of the injector and leaves behind deposits. These deposits become firm with the heat of the chamber. The more we drive our car, more deposits accumulate. Gradually it starts to restrict the flow of petrol from the tiny hole on the nozzle and the injector starts to lose its efficiency. This causes the engine to lean misfire and hesitate on different rpm, power and pickup is lost, the car becomes uneconomical on petrol, unburnt fuel can be noticed in the emission and worst of all the wear of engine becomes faster. Only 8% to 10 % clogging in the nozzle can cause all this.
Proper cleaning can restore their like-new performance. There is no need to replace fuel injectors unless they are actually gone bad. Injectors are designed in such a way that they are not very convenient to clean. They are sealed units and cannot be opened for cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning is internationally accepted MOST effective process for cleaning fuel injectors. It is cheap and comprehensive solution for the problem. I represent FI-Tech which takes pride to announce ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning service for the first time in Pakistan.
