    GM kazi please turn the caps lock off and write in proper english i find your posts very hard to read...

    Regarding the pathetic build quality of the civic, a corolla would have behaved in a similar manner cause newer cars have a thing called crumple zones which is a safety measure....

    Regarding the civic beating the corolla or the corolla beating the civic i would say "These are small saloons not race cars please don't treat them as such"

    could you pls send me the video gm or pass me the link
    emailid: osama1942@hotmail.com

    seen alot but want the one who been in there physically knowing all.

    lol @ humanG

    am not that fussi to even weight the drivers.

    but would not settle if the altis is altered to CNG
    should be same transmission though

    fuel, spark plugs,rims external modification except the exhaust would be acceptable

    Its just the comparison in between companies what i want to see NOT what i own.

    though it would be useless but will give a rest to the curiousity running in brain as it's 75% the topic to be disscuss in normal boyzones

    Unfortunately, my fellow countrymen are more interested in sheet metal that can kill a horse and not suffer a scratch; forget about the driver who just got his ribcage cracked in the process.

    @retardad: true dat mayn!!
    i totally agree ...stock cars r not for racin' .....if ur into racin' n stuff pour sum money into da game ....even a cultus can be monster if its tuned by sum professionals fr performance.....do it in da proper manner ,rather than showin' off on ur dads corolla or civic or any car fo' dat matter....and if ya aint got no money strive to afford a performance machine on ur own pocket
    ima' rider but i aint goT NO ride??????

    @getmoa
    I wasnt referring to the driver's weight (which affects too btw ) but the driver's driving skill, esp. if its manual.

    lol!!!!!!!!!!

    gmm be realistic not be in fantasy!

    its not a mehran that you tried to run with a baleno.....

    there can't be that much difference at all in accelerations.

    i know very well whats the potential there and giving you a tip

    IT VARIES FROM CAR TO CAR . i.e. your altis could be a bit different from your neighbours altis in topspeed but would lack in acceleration. ANyhow the video was another piece of crap.

    @getmoa/others

    Read my first post on Page 1 - that should end the discussion until a "proper" race can be performed.

    But regardless, these cars are grocery-getters, not meant to compete with vehicles that come stock with 325 width tyres and 1000hp..., treat your Civic/Rolla like an entry level car, because that is what it is!

    the weight of the driver does matter, but NOT that much..only 0.05 sec or something..100-200lb doesnt make a hell of a difference, if talking in regard to these stock cars..ive checked it, and its better to have a person sitting in the front passenger seat, since these are front wheel drives, and that would improve traction and less wheel spin, ive tried it!

    on roll on obv the car having more bhp would have an advantage, but 5 bhp is not a lot either, an idle start drag, um well the new altis is slower, the one previous than this was a good match for the civic..its all about shifting the right gears at the right time and knowing ur cars potential!
    civic has an edge in my opinion as far as my experience is concerned!
