Exclamation Cultus 02 carby has a starting problem

A.O.A. My cultus 02 carby has a problem with starting. sometimes self sounds very week despite the fact that the battery is fully charged sp:gravity is ok, car does missing for about a 1-2 min and then i becomes normal, first I think this behavior is on petrol only but now it is on CNG also. I had also replaced spark plugs last weak. Car only has problem some times, not always mostly observed on cold engine at morning

What u think how problem can be resolved?

check the distributor rotor for wear and loose fitment. next check the vacuum advance breaker plate for sticking.
