    Exclamation Cultus :(

    AoA!
today my cultus windscreen broke as a biker got hit from front..the morphology of the damaged is that it has 2 or 3 hairline cracks at the right bottom corner of the glass which does not make it neccessary to replace the windscreen..
i need an advise whether is it dangerous to drive around like that??
is their ne other alternative besides replacement??ive heard of a laser type thingy that removes cracks...
    thanx

cracks will increase in size with time if not repaired assuming it can be repaired and windscreen repair in available in ur city, in the mean time it's not dangerous to drive it like this.

My friend dont drive around with the broken windshield. The cracks might grow if not it can be dangerous at night if another car is coming from the opposite direction, the cracks disperse light and thus reduced visibility.

I suggest that you should repair the windshield asap; their is a guy in Rawalpindi that does that. You can get the details from his website. I personally have never had any experience with him may be some other member can shed some light on this.

if you post pix that could help, if crack is not directly in your vision, it wont be a problem.Meanwhile if you have no issues, changing wont hurt anything!

get it repaired,..its not worth it to put a new windscreen for minor cuts..get it repaired, tht will prevent cracks from growing wider...they restrict cracks with some laser thingy, never experienced but my cousin has his car's wind shield repaired lke year or so before n till now,no problem...as u mentioned its on right corner near dash,so tht area is rarely used while driving unless ur makin slow turns on unpaved roads..wind screen replacement is goin to cost u money for no reason cuz the damage dont seems to b vast,as per u wrote!
