    Unhappy Carby cultus performance problem

Guys, i have a 2003 model carby cultus which needs attention of a competent mechanic as i am sick and tired of suzuki sethi motors(tuning was done 4 days back and there is missing on both petrol & cng afterwards .... the mechanic was unable to fix regardless of all his efforts) & road side mechanics. None have been able to sort out the carburator settings till date. The car gives hardly 4-5 km/litre on petrol and barely 70-85 kms in a full cylinder of cng WITHOUT AC within. I dont drag the car due to bad average.

This same car used give 8 -9 km/litre on petrol and 120-130 kms in 1 cng tank.

The engine doesnt reduce oil but there is a vibration that can be felt throughout the chasis both at petrol & cng. The sound of the engine itself tells a thousand stories but someones gotta listen to its whining.

    History of the vehicle:
The car has done around 190k kms and due to grinding sound and bad average, the engine was overhauled by a workshop on ferozpur road whom (Autoclub i guess opposite to DESCON Group). The head was faced, crank was grinded, valves job, water body etc etc etc. The bill was around Rs. 30 k & I seriously doubt the work that was carried out on the vehicle coz from the very first day of overhaul the sound of engine has never been the same it used to be before. The engine sounds heavy and drives really misrable for which the excuse of running was given.

During the running the car barely gave 6-7 km/litre on petrol. The workshop guys said that the consumption will improve after running blah blah blah but it further decreased.

Can you guys recommend any good mechanic within lahore who understands a carbeurator and will be able to fix my car ... looking forward to valuable suggestions and recommendations.

i may look calm , but in my head i've killed you three times

check the engine compression first - maybe your engine needs a valve job.

    Dry looks fine. Wet doesn't.

dont you think the values vary cylinder to cylinder .... shouldnt they be consistent across all for best results ?
