yes it can be easily replaced but littel difficult , you have to do all the work from a small hole of gear shift case cover , i acidentelly forget to instal the gear shift shaft before closing the casing , and later i instal that shaft through that small hole , althorugh the gear was out but still it gave me very tough time , i guess its a dificult job to repeat that process while the gear is still in,,,,,,,,,,,,but i tell you one more thing that this seals rareally leaks ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you see some oil on it ,,,,,,,,,,,,that oil wont leak from this seal ,,,,,,,,infect the CV joint seals leaks and the oil drops on it,,,,,,,,you can see the seal in the pic which looks leaks but infect its not leak , i wont replace any seal , and its almost more than a weak that car is in my use and there is not even a single drop of oil found in my car porch ,

One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.

These are the locating pins on the brake pad, in your case they would be used to check brake pad wear - the clips in your suzuki are on the pad carrier and the back of the pads, their job is to keep the pad centered and prevent chatter and noise of the pads. Removing them will make the brake pads vibrate and create noise when you go over bumps

    agoodfreind,

The correct gearbox case sealant is surely available in Pakistan, the silicone use used does not compress nicely and usually pops out of place when you tighten down the case halves.

The threebond product remains soft forever and never lets go.

When you want to lock 2 meshing gears never use a screwdriver or any metal object, it can mar the suface, instead use a balled up cloth between the gears.

anyway - good show for taking each picture, how long did it take you or was someone else handling the camera.

well many thanks for the suggestion , yeah you are right , thats a wrong way , infect a blunder , but i see no other option , i have a holder to lock a cam shaft pulley , but it cant be used at this place , i noticed that these gears are made of very very tough metal , thats why i lock them with this menthod , you see the counter shaft nut which was lose enough to be removed by hand , its first time this transmission was opened and really surprised to see that lose nut ,

it take me almost 4 days to complete all the job , professional mechanics do that with in one day , i can also complete the job in a day but i was really not in a hurry ,,,,,,one day open,,,,,,,,second day cleaning,,,,,,,,,,third day for parts buy and reassamble , and 4th day to fit every thing back,,,,,,,,,,,,,and i complete all the job all alone , handle the cam myself , and now almost destroy my cam finish,,,,,,,,,,but my brothers help me in fitting the engine back,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i arrange every thing in such a way that it can be done all alone ,,,,,,,,you see i remove the engine all alone , and really its very very easy to work on cultus ,

What was the fault that made you open the gear box? what parts have you replaced? It a known that after repair the gear box the "GOONG" sound never goes. What measure did you take to avoid this.
