    Exclamation Cultus engine and body overhaul and rebuild

    helo friends , i am updating this thread as now its all complete , just want to show here what you can see in this thread as its a huge list so i am simly writing whats not in this thread ,,,,,,, , you can see every thing related to cultus except engine overhaulling , fuel tank/pump and some wiring related stuff , rest all you can get here ,

    Do not worry i m trying to scan it as soon as possible. yesterday night i scanned few pages but could not complete it scanner was too slow to scan. i brought scanner from some where and returned in morning i will arrange again from some one insha Allah, photocopy will be last option. i will not get any compensation i will do myself.

    I think u need to check vacume pipes as well as carburetor kit, it needs to be serviced.

    Default Guard Coolant Test

    helo PWs , yesterday i gave a test to guard coolant ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i put it in freezer and check after about 4 hours,,,,,,,,,,,,no sign of any freezing,,,,,,,,,,,,later checked again after 2 hours and found same,,,,,,,,,,,then leave it for overnight and check after almost 20 hours,,,,,,,,,,,,,,still not even a minor sign of any freezing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,later check its temperature and got a reading of -21 DC,,,,,,,,i can surelly say that this coolant wont gave any sign of freezing on -21DC and i can with stand much less temperature,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so its a fair pass for guard coolant,,,,,,,,,i guess this local brand is much batter in all its products that the foreign brands,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Excellento last week my bro used the same in his alto, so its a smart choice n way cheaper then other imported brands. I luv the way u support pakistani brands n prefer them over expensive brands, moral is every shinning thing is not gold be patriotic, support Pakistan

    according to these spec my 07 cultus have good plug cables and 06 whose resistace is inbetween 14 and 15 K ohm have completed there life

    well i always set the gap as 0.75mm on petrol and gas ,,,,,,,,,,,i also checked the spark plug gap right after buying zero meter cultus in 07 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,its gas was set by also set 0.75 to 0.8 mm by paksuzuki,,,,,,

    Default Cultus AC blower motor service

    helo PWs , here i will show you how to service the blower motor of cultus,,,,,,,i guess its must to service this thing before summer,,,,,,,,,,,to remove this blower casing you can check my previous posts,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you no need to remove all the dash board to remove this,,,,,,,,,,,,,also no need to remove the ac evaporator,,,,,,,,,,,,,no refregrant lose in this process,,,,,,,,,,,,you will see the speed control resistance in this casing,,,,,,,,,,,dont touch them as they are fragile and may break,,,,,,,,,,,,,i service all these things while car was in workshop for paint job,,,,,,,,,,,,,and right now all these things are installed installed almost a month before ,,,,,,,,,,i leave this thing to post at the end along with the AC overhaulling,,,,,,,,,,,,right now i guess summer season is about to start,,,,,,,,its already getting hot in twin cities,,,,,,,,,,,,,means its time to do the last and final job on this car,,,,,,,,,,,,,every thing is already serviced and now ready to fit back and charge regrefrant/gas,,,,,,,,,,,share with you guys soon,,,,,,,,,,

    ASA goodfriend..
    im a regular reader..indeed u are a gifted person MashaAllah
    i need some guidance regarding a prob (cultus 06 carby,24k driven,mostly on petrol,9k on aftermarket cng).. which may also be of some help to others.need help with following
    1. Setting idle rpm
    a. car idle when parked (~400 on cng with blower on ~500) on petrol >1000
    b. car running change to neutral (1.5 to 2 just about to shut with blower on ~300)
    c. headlights on radiator fan on it drops 150
    d. another thing when i am driving at high speeds may be around 80~100 and
    i put car to neutral the rpm suddenly drops to near 2-2.5 and starts rattling or engine stops also sometimes but as the speed reduces the rpm self adjusts to around ~4
    i have fiddled with cng kit idle adjustment but it doesnt help..please guide how to set this.cng wala saying some butterfly problem..!! as my car is like new runs fine, gr8 mileage,i dont want to ruin it..

    2. Layman's guide to carb setting through screws etc.. (opening it is too complex ive seen ur thread) (pictorial help will be more than appreciated)
