1. Setting idle rpm ,,,,,,,,,,,,always first adjust the RMP on petrol and then on gas ,,,,,,,,,,,you are using a after market CNG so you have to block the air filter inlet,,,,,,,,,,,almost half of the passage must be blocked with solution tape ,,,,,,,,,,,check my previous post for that ,,,,,,,,,,,,after that first adjust the RMP on petrol by a small screw under the air filter left side
(sorry but "under the filter left side.." that means..me standing facing my car and on my left under the filter..am i right?)
its near the break cylinder ,,,,,,,,,,,,,a plastic bolt to adjust the idle on petrol,,,,,,,,,,,i suggest batter take the car to work shop for tunning,,,,,,,,,,
, and then shift it on gas and adjust the RMP through a small screw on gas kit ,,,,,,,,turing clock wise mean reducing RPM and vise vers,,,,,,,,,,,to adjust properally you have to first tight that nut and then lose it slowly till you get a desired RPM ,,,,,,,,,,,,,keey one hand on acclerator lever on carb so that engine wont die,,,,,,,,,,,,,
a. car idle when parked
z (~400 on cng with blower on ~500) on petrol >1000 ,,,,,,,,,,,it will be ok when you adjust the RPM on CNG ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,by blower you mean AC On ?
NO.. only fan not ac..though putting ac on also increases rpm by 150
b. car running change to neutral (1.5 to 2 just about to shut with blower on ~300),,,,,,,,,,,,dont got that point ..............
sorry.. i mean if car is running on any gear say 3rd i put it to neutral..causes rpm to drop to around 150~200 revs or sometimes even engine turn offs
c. headlights on radiator fan on it drops 150,,,,,,,,,,,,,does add a very significant load on the alternator which will normally show up in lower idle rpms.
ok
d. another thing when i am driving at high speeds may be around 80~100 and
i put car to neutral the rpm suddenly drops to near 2-2.5 and starts rattling or engine stops also sometimes but as the speed reduces the rpm self adjusts to around ~4,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it happens on gas or petrol (didnt chk but on petrol car was ok as rpm drop was not that drastic to get noticed like drop to around 200-250 revs)..
,,,,,,,,,,,,,if happens on petrol then adjust the fuel mixture (through which screw?? the one behind/below the air filter covered with white plastic??) locate a black pipe right on the break master cylider ,,,,,,,,,,,it runs from break cylider to carb,,,,,,,,,,,,the idle mixture is right on the left side where that pipe connects on the carb,,,,,,,,,,,,,
,,,,,,,,,,,,after adjusting idle on petrol ,,,,,,,a simple way to adjust is to start lose the mixture (anticlockwise twist i guess??) till you feel some increase in RPM (take some help from another guy who sits on driving seat and monitor the RMP),,,,,,,,,,,,at tha point stop further opening and start closing slowly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,stop again when you feel some decrease in RPM,,,,,,,,,,,,,,at that point you have to lose(anticlockwise??) yes by lose i mean anti clock wise
the idle mixture about 1/4 turn,,,,,,,,,,,,,thats not an 100% acurate but still useful way to adjust ,,,,,,,,,,an experence person can easily adjust with this way,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i have fiddled with cng kit idle adjustment but it doesnt help..please guide how to set this.cng wala saying some butterfly problem..!! as my car is like new runs fine, gr8 mileage,i dont want to ruin it..
2. Layman's guide to carb setting through screws etc.. (opening it is too complex ive seen ur thread) (pictorial help will be more than appreciated)
BIG THANKS IN ADVANCE
JazakAllah
SORRY BROTHER im a layman..so i want to be doubly sure..pics would be great if possible..
Thanks alot for your time..

dear i suggest you batter take the car to work shop and get it tunned ,,,,,,,,,,,may be DIY make the condition even more worst,,,,,,,,,,,
