1: I need to know what that wire (In yellow lines) is for?. Connecting it back makes my car, on CNG, shutdown on idle. It slowly comes down to zero... then blam! its DEAD!.

2: How much is the repair job for that rubber thing holding the CNG cylinder?.

3: As you can see, the tissue is pretty black. There is at least 5ml of black liquid inside the air filter assembly. Why?. Is that excess petrol?.

Edit: The engine was stalling because a small pipe came off. After 5 minutes of searching, i discovered its other half. It was under the Air Filter assembly. Problem solved. and i connected the black wires back again. It looks like a grounding wire.

    DIY
    1. buy a rubber mat, loosen the cylinder carrier bolts and slip some strips - Rs. 50.00
    2. yellow wire in 1st picture is for temperature guage.
    3. 2nd picture outline black wire - seems it is ground. Originally it is to connect with auto choke why it is grounded ??

Picture 1, 4, 5, 6 - your engine health detriorating. oil seal at distributor neck is leaking, breather (PCV) have oil content, check for oil in your CNG kit engine module. Go for a compression test.

^^ 100% correct, the oil in the air filter is also caused by using a very cheaply made air filter, it can create high vacuum under the filter causing it to suck massive oil vapor. You can put a piece of natural jute there to catch the oil, just remember to clean it every filter change.

You just spoke my brain out. I just wanted to confirm all this and then bash my father about how much maintenance he did. Yesterday i was trying to find the bolt that drains the oil out of CNG Kit. Didn't find it. and as usual, everyone knows that if there is oil leaking... then something is not right. There is no yellow cable :p. I was talking about the black one.

helo , i want to speek about the first pic in which you ask about the yellow wire ,
i am a owner of 2 cultus , one is 2006 which i buy second hand , and other is 2007 which i buy zero meter and both are in my use till now , i tell you that in my 2007 model there is no such yellow wire , i check all that in detail becase i am also messing with this cable in my 2006 cultus for some time and eventually i cut this cable out ,
this cable is not of temperature , temperature cable is on the right size of engine near timing belt cover below the carb , both looks same but this yellow one is not a temperature wire ,
if any one know about this wire then let me know also , because this cable is seen only in selected models of cultus ,
do check my forum as well , i am rebuilding my 2006 model cultus ,
    thanks

and about that oil , clean your CNG cylinder , there are lot of oil in it and also change your gas filling station , the compressor of that CNG station is poor and its gas is filled with oil ,
and second thing , that oil must be sucked through the carborator instead of laying on the air filter , the reason why carborator sprays that oil is because of the week engine valves , week valves sparays fuel from carborator to the air filter , and in this case you are running your car on CNg which is not a lquid and the only liquid which is sprayed by the carb is the oil which is carried by the CNG , if you run your car on petrol then your carb will spray petrol , you can check it , but you will not see any traces of petrol because it will evaporate , but you can see the sprayed petrol while the air filter is removed and car is on high RPM ,

hope this will help you ,
    thanks
