The valve seats in the head have sunk - causing the lifters to collapse to maximum. You need to get the head rebuilt properly. Make sure the valve seats have got a generous margin for sealing the valves - it greatly helps in keeping the valve cool while running. Also make sure that the installed valve height is perfect for your engine. Look it up in a repair manual.

MAKE DOUBLE SURE that the lifters go into the same bores they come out of - mixing them up is an open invitation for a painful life ahead.

Make triple sure the mechanic does not use a magnet to remove the lifters - if he does then your lifters will wear out in very short time - this is because a magnet magnetises them and they attract small metal particles from the oil which acts like perfect emery..

If you need to remove the lifters with the head upright - use a valve grinding suction cup.

@Xulfiqar I Think None Of Things Are Checked And Used Here

Cultus Head Are Prone Of Having An Serious Issues Of Valve Seats......!! Cheap Material Made Valve Seats Sunk Down In No Time Specially On CNG ....!!

They Take Their Labour Charges And Make Sure You Come Back To Them Every Year For The Same Reason...!!

Being A Special Alloy Importer....I Have Seen Some Getting A High Chrome Wear Resistant Steel To Build Those Valve Seats But They Take A Handsome Amount For That...!

local pakistani valve seats are good, the issue is very thin sealing face of the valve. Thin margin on this area causes valves to overheat and the seat to wear out (sink). A good honest valve job is all what is needed. The other thing is that the exhaust manifold warps the head which causes local hotspots in the head wearing out seats - AND THE BIGGEST FAULT - use of thick oil

It is happening because of bad petrol, after using this petrol valve get stuck, and the knocking sound you hear is due to interference in-between valve and piston if valve get stuck in open position.
Get the fuel tank cleaned and fill up it with fresh petrol.Never run your car on petrol until cleaning of fuel tank, otherwise piston and valve could be damaged.

switch to a better engine oil 15W40 will work for Cultus Shell helix HX 5 or HX5(G)

add fresh petrol to tank once a week & drive on petrol for few kms when petrol is added.
