Default Cultus Efi jerks on CNG

    Aoa.

I have a Cultus VXRi. The efi one. Last month i got computerized tuning from Enercon G-10. A couple of weeks later car rarely started missing in 2nd and 3rd gear. But it was not consistent so didnt pay much attention. Then last week driver took the car and got the CNG kit "serviced". Claimed that they took oil out of the kit. (Not the cylinder) He also got plugs adjusted/cleaned and got one plug relpaced as mechanic claimed it needed adjustment.

Ever since cars is missing on CNG, no matter what gear. But mostly on low RPMs. Cars pick has been affected a bit as well. But after 3000 RPM the acceleration is fine too. I have also noticed car easily goes over 140 on CNG without much vibrations.

So there have been some improvements but the jerks are really the problem. I sent the driver back to get CNG setting done right. He got that done too but to no avail. The mechanic is clearly no good and don't want to go send driver there to get the car ruined any more.

Now i need suggestions as to wat has to be done. Please suggest a good trusted mechanic/workshop as well from where i can get it done. (I'll go personally this time) Please keep on mind I live in Islamabad and going some where far in Pindi is difficult.

    Thanks in advance.

check for stable idle without hiccups, check for plug wires for cracks and HT cable from ignition coil to distributor

Most probability is that, one or more spark plug cap might be cracked while handling, get it checked.Did the mechanic mess up with distributor?

Without AC in city 175-185 when filled from a good pump. Highest has been 205 in city but just once. On motorway got 245-250 without AC, 4 people on board.

With AC in city around 150. Haven't checked on highway with AC.
