Don't get this crap double nali thing.

    Get the stock rad.

As the brother above said, they will take your old and adjust the amount when you the buy the new/used rad from them.

Make sure it's in OK condition. All fins should be straight and check for leaks multiple times. Check the cap properly too. You dont want it loose.

If the fan is working properly, DO NOT let them tell you anything otherwise or take it.

Apart from that, before putting in the new rad, service your system throughly. Also check if you need a new water pump or hoses. Radiator leakages are generally linked with some underlying problem like too much pressure in the system, bad rad cap or HG. Resolve all these issues prior to putting in a new rad.

If you have to replace the pump , also replace the timing belt and its bearing.

25 Percent is just perfect infact it has to be 40 to 45 percent , engine running cold is harmful for engine , so dont get paranoid its fine now , a bit off to topic when i went to radiator guy he said my radiator bottom and top is geniune so he will only change the jali and use the same top and bottom and that will cost me 2k , u think its better or should i go for the whole new radiator , btw plastic body one is not very good , loads or altis alwin one are better .

Why you want to flush a newly bought radiator ??? Mechanic didnt realized that he is installing a new radiator on a messed up rusted system ???
The best car safety device is a rear-view mirror with a cop in it.
