get the CNG settings (peak speed and idle and distributor adjusted) or if necessary, go for a full cng service and tuning.

my city was missing at low rpm
4 idiots could not fix the problem
finally i asked the last one myself to open up the plugs
    cleaned, adjusted and problem vanished
but i did replace the plugs after 1 week
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

I have Cultus EFI 2009 (90K driven) having similar 'missing' issue on low RPMs on CNG, however it is smooth when accelerates over 2000RPM. Replaced CNG adjustment 'T' with manual one and done kit serviced as well but issue arose again after few days. Plugs and air filters are in good condition. Shall appreciate for valuable suggestions as checked it with Federal Motoros Isb / Suzuki Motors Saddar but no resolution yet.

Get your timing checked by timing gun. The timing should advance to 20 on CNG and back to 10 on Petrol.
