    Hi.

first, Congratulations on a new car
Change oil as the manual states- if it says 5000km, do it at 5000km. If it says 4000km in the manual, follow the manual.
There is a reason they give it right?
    Enjoy

For CNG operated car minimum API SJ level oil should be used due to higher engine temperature, which damage valve.

Brother Suzuki SGO Ultimate 10W40 is SM grade and a good engine oil. You can use it with the SGO oil filter and change at 5,000 interval.

Did you notice any reduction in fuel consumption in the new Euro II Cultus.
I had the 2011 Cultus for 2 years and it gave me an average of 14 km/ltr (AC in city),
Now this new Euro II Cultus is giving me 12 km/ltr (AC in city)

My driving conditions are the same, same tires, same load, same route....

Upon inquiring from Pak Suzuki, they said probably the less mileage is due to the catalytic converter they installed in the Euro II model.
I have driven the Euro II one for 1500 kms now and thinking of removing the catalytic converter after 5000 km to see the change.

Since the Toyota is making "Billions" for selling their oils which infact they are not actually manufacturing. They just buying from outside and tagging it as Toyota's oil. And people believe them like they believe that eating is necessary to live.
And now Suzuki also started the same strategy and we are again believing on them.

So firstly, lets believe that "Suzuki's own oil or their recommended oil" is absolutely not necessary to consider. Lets ignore them. Because this oil will be less suitable for Car but will help Suzuki to be rich enough.

Now, this Cultus euro II 2013 is the technology that Japan has already introduced probably couple of years back and also called Synthetic technology. But as the Cultus is manufactured in Pak. & as you said its with CNG Conversion, I would suggest followings

ZIC OW 5/20 or 5/30 Change it after driving every 5000 KM.
    Or
ZIC A+ ZIC A+ 5/20 or 5/30 Change it after driving 4500 KM.
    Or
Performa 5/40 Fully Synthetic (I love this oil personally).

Don't use/trust Havoline, Caltex, Castrol, Shell, Total, Zippex, Sinopec, Mobil, Toyota, etc. Mostly of them are locally packed oils and quality is not good.

Example: Toyota's Petron, Gazon, Excelron, etc. are designed to run more than 5000 KM (according to their broucher). But 99.99% people of Toyota itself will advise to change it after 3500~4000km as max. and do not over run upto 5000 KM. So we should be wise enough to understand that infact the quality of this oil is not good enough to run over 5K. They are just naming it. Say... they are calling "cakes" to the Pastries. Technically they are correct because Pastry is a piece of cake. But actually, its just a small part of cake and not full.

Congrats for your new car and wish you all the best.
At-least use half tank of "Hi Octane" at-least once in every 1500~2000 KM. Its good tip for Engine's long life.

I dont think cultus needs expesive oil like ZIC OW and ZIC A+. Grade like 5/20 is not recommend for our region.
Zic A 10w-40 is enough even for new corolla, but oil and filter should be changed on time.

Havoline and Castrol are the best in local market in 20w-50 grade.

    Brother,
20/50 is not recommended for new engines either because its thick enough (only good for old engines).

Nevertheless, very slowly people have started realizing that era of Thicker Oil is getting over and new awareness of thinner oils is ultimately necessary, lets call it "synthetic era".

synthetic awareness is coming slowly and we should be happy with it because things are getting possible practically.
Very soon, havoline, shell, caltex, etc. will start promoting their Synthetic oils too with multigrade technologies.
